Room a reasonable size. Quite modern. Bathroom. Really good size.
Decor of the hotel was nice. Rooms very small though. Staff not really up to the professional standard although pleasant enough.
Bar and restaurant mainly dead and when customers came in service was mediocre to slow. We had to find our waitress ourselves at one point as she disappeared for a number of minutes. Expensive for the quality as I was expecting a top class hotel. Good location if you are going to the Garden but a bit out of the way for everything else. 10 minute walk to Fanuil hall.
Staff was really friendly, the rooms are absolutely amazing, the food in the restaurant below was also of a high quality.
Loved the decor, bathroom, bed, linens/mattress, angular room layout (the tip of the flat iron), window treatments, location!
Didn't try the restaurant -- Boston has too many great options within walking distance!
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and room decoration
Room is rather small (we where with four), noisy fridge
Location, new renovated room, clean
Very expensive (excluding tax of room and tourism), small room, small hotel
The services and the smile on every host in the hotel. They were excelent giving us guide to every question we asked. They made our trip a dream short vacation. We will be back for sure next year.
Staff excellent, location also good.
Breakfast, overpriced and poor quality.
Location, camera e armed aments, comfort, staff courtesy

The staff is very helpful and polite
The price is way to high.
Great place to stay
Location, amenities, view
only one elevator
The hotel was very good. Your description stated that the rooms did not have wi-fi, but just a hard connection. Because of that I went to a lot of trouble beforehand to set up and bring with me a wireless router so that my wife could use her Ipad. Booking.com is responsible for this inaccurate description and for wasting hours of my time. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with Booking.Com.
Staff was wonderful especially Gabriel who was amazingly helpful and pleasant...
Bathroom too small,,,
convenient walking distance to T station (both north station and market station), quincy market, long wharf and aquarium. The girl at the front desk who did check-in and check-out for us is very nice and helpful.
We stayed two nights. At the first day we stayed, got two wrong call in late night (11pm) and early morning (5am). On the second day, a car parked across the street kept on beeping for about ten or twenty minutes in eary morning. We booked a bunk bed room, compared with the price, it is small.
The food at Finch was delicious! The best chowder we have ever had and the seafood salad was amazing. Our room was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
The hotel was near the quincy market etc which we walked to on sunday morning, the hotel reminded us of the flat iron building in New York, quiet in the evening which was good as we were tired after a long flight.
Not sure about the decor the hotel has been done out in a industrial /warehouse design not to our liking but that's just a personal thing.
Close to subway station.
Very small room, small bathroom, basic but expensive breakfast. At other very close streets you can find very nice cafe and restaurant for nice breakfast.
The hotel is ok but not the best location if you want to be in the middle of things. One should balance this drawback against the price of the hotel
Lack of flexibility and compassion by all staff.
We had a bunk room, when our daughter climbed up to the upper bunk and turned down the sheets, there was dirty tissues in the bed. Disgusting! It was about 11pm, we had to call front desk and insisted they change all bedding and pillows in the upper bunk. The room was small, so it was pretty awkward having someone in there at trying to change the upper bunk, and three of us standing around. We really wanted to go to bed!! Also felt that the hotel should have done something more to apologize for the inconvenience, but they pretty much shrugged it off.
The hotel was immaculate and the staff treated us beautifully, accommodating any request we had. It was intimate and cozy and did not overwhelm. The premises were lovely.
A little further away from the "center" than we might have otherwise liked, but a worthwhile tradeoff for the personal treatment we received. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit on the small side.
The area feels like Industrial being renovated, in the beginning
Great location. Great staff
