The bed was lumpy and the kitchen should have service for 4, and dish soap.
I love the suite. Stayed before and loved it as well.
I was given the wrong suite, I try to correct it with adriana the receptionist all she said we well ill just cancel it, but nstead of looking forthe correct suite. When I finally got a king suite it had no A/C!!! So I had to move all my things AGAIN. The only one who assisted us was Josie with maintenance!
Free laundry Very close to where I needed to be. Very light traffic. Property looked clean and beautiful. No-smoking in any buildings. My room was basically a small 1 BR apartment. Very cozy! Ample closet space Ceiling fans Room service was prompt and courteous. The toilet wouldn't flush when I first arrived. The response was prompt and professional. The mini fridge had a horrible smell to it, and they promptly replaced it.
The Internet is useless after 10pm. It simply doesn't work. You can connect to the wifi router, but you can't connect to webpages, send email, etc. I called the front desk 8-12 times in 2 weeks. They can't fix it because the problem is an open wifi connection so that anyone in the neighborhood can use their bandwidth. That's my only major concern. Below are nitpicks. The bed was very hard, but spacious. When I visited the front desk I usually had to wait for an employee to appear. Tiny trash cans in room are inadequate for long stays. No dish soap to wash dishes, of which there are 2 each (maximum), makes it hard for long stays. I wish the room had a broom to sweep the tile floor, which wouldn't be an issue if you're only staying the weekend.
Very pretty exterior. Bed was comfortable.
Disappointed in continental breakfast. No baked goods or bananas
How cute the location was
Our room shower did not drain
This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. We have been very happy with the room and the staff.
This time our toilet overflowed immediately after we arrived and I would have much preferred if they would have offered us another room instead of telling us they were leaving extra towels in case it happened again after it was cleaned up by them.
It didn't feel like a hotel but more like an apartment with rooms that are in separate one and two story buildings. The area was quiet and felt safe. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The kitchenette had a small coffee pot, two burner counter top stove, small fridge and bare bones utensils. We were able to get to Bentsen World Birding Center quickly. Other birding spots are not as close but easy to find. We enjoyed this hotel and plan on returning.
The bed was not the most comfortable, but everyone has differing opinions on what they prefer in a bed. I would recommend that you bring your own bath soap (hotel provided soap was terrible), and don't forget dish washing liquid if you plan on using the utensils.
I like the bed. Sleep well.
Liked the hot tub and the breakfast that was included. The area it is located in is very pleasant and away from the heavy traffic area.
The hotel had separate places to stay at it was not just a hotel, but more like a retreat where you could take the family or just you and that special someone to relax and enjoy the facilties. Service was pretty good, but I work in the hospitality industry so things happen. It even had a hot breakfast with juices and coffee. I felt like I was in a hilton or marriot. I will stay here again or sure.
The entrance to get into the hotel. Very dangerous you have to a long turn to get onto the road, escaping the oncoming traffic.
Conditions of the room. Clean, comfort, safe, quiet, friendly, spacious. Overall it was more than what I expected. It felt as if I was at a second home.
The location was central and close to our family/friends. It was in a pretty part of town.
The staff wasn't very friendly. There were bugs visible everywhere around the buildings. When we requested more pillows we were told they had run out (what kind of hotel runs out of pillows!?!) the bed was very hard and lead for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The shower was hard to turn on and when I called and asked for assistance the front desk operator said she would come by. After 25 minutes of waiting we decided to go ahead and leave for the evening, had to call the front desk and tell her to not come because we wouldn't be there. Had to call again when we got back into our hotel later that evening and finally someone showed us how to use the shower.
The location was great. I like that the bedroom is seperate from the living room.
Everything was amazing
The motel was in a very nice neighborhood and was very clean and looked nice for the price
The beds were hard and the other people staying there thought it was a party spot in the picnic area ghetto Mexicans
Everything was excellent. Staff was very helpful.
