立地は最高だが、それだけ。一階のイタリアンで朝食をとった際に、コーヒーは飲むか？、オレンジジュースは- ？ トーストは？と訊かれ、それぞれ頼んだら、全部4ドル以上して、トータルで33ドルも取られた。また、部屋- は狭い。 ただ、地下鉄の駅は近いし、隣にスーパーはあるし、シャガールのオブジェもすぐなので、市内観光用と割り切- って使うならアリだと思います

My husband and I have stayed at The Burnham 2 times before. We love it. The decor of the rooms has a regal and charming, while still comfortable feel. The staff is friendly and attentive and the location is fantastic. We will definitely return!

I loved the history of the hotel, and the attentive staff.

I wish I had known that the exterior facade was being worked on. I would have picked a different date to stay at the hotel. The reason I chose the hotel was due to the architectural significance, and the exterior portion of that was missed.

We appreciate and enjoy historic architecture in Chicago. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. Above all, the staff, right down to the valet parking people were helpful and friendly.

This is a small thing but we would have appreciated two bedside tables. We both like to arrange some items next to us at night.

Hotel was very comfortable...nicely renovated...very much a boutique hotel...service was decent, but one expects more from the smaller more intimate hotels and this was lacking a bit...

Key location in the loop with almost no street noise on the 10th floor. Very nice room at a great price.

The Burnham has a lot to offer. Its location in the Loop is perfect for all of the cultural opportunities in Chicago: Art Institute, Lyric Opera, Joffrey Ballet, Goodman Theater and more. Access to the red line is steps away. The hotel is architecturally significant. It has a first class restaurant, the Atwood Cafe. And probably most importantly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is efficient, helpful and friendly. They offer Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning and wine in the late afternoon. That's a nice touch. Really, it has everything I want from a Chicago hotel.

Ein Hotel, bei dem der Service kein Versprechen bleibt, sondern gelebt wird. Einfach toll!

The info on the website was wrong-- there isn't free internet for all hotel guests. The room was poorly lit, especially the bathroom.

Great staff, good restaurant, excellent location, comfortable bed.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected from the description of Deluxe King Room.
