Classy yet comfortable and friendly atmosphere (with complimentary wine in the evening, and coffee in the morning) and sincerely helpful staff --- when I sneezed quietly, three staff asked if I would like a tissue! |

The historic Hotel Burnham is lovely. The Atwood Cafe is supurb (and I am a picky eater). I booked a King. Upon check-in we were told we could only get a Queen for the 1st night. |

Excellent location, walking distance to everything Its a pet friendly hotel, dogs barking very laud in the halls at night it was hard to sleep, also no buffet breakfast. |

The history of Chicago Architecture is celebrated in this lovely hotel. The rooms, created from original offices are comfortable and well decorated. The hotel's location, across from Macy's (Marshall Field) and two blocks from Millennium Park is ideal. The service was superb and it was a treat to dine in the Atwood Restaurant. |

Availability to the theaters and shopping. All in walking distance Rooms are very small. Limited amenities. No coffee in room. Parking is too expensive. |

We had an excellent brunch at the hotel restaurant. The beds were quite comfortable, and yoga equipment was available. We reserved a king room but were given a room wtih a queen bed. The staff did not provide an explanation until we asked. We were told that no king rooms were available. |
