All was fine...for short stay at excellent price, this was a fine facility. If we need to come to this location again, would surely stay there.
The breakfast is minimal...but it's included so can't complain at all at this price. The pool -- if you care -- is not for swimming; maybe ok for small child to splash around in.
Proximity to facility. Price. Bed was comfortable
Kind of run down.
We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. the gentleman behind the desk went out of his way to make sure we g ot the best value and we also got a great room. Breakfast was good. We w ill stay again.
Price swimming pool
Beds were too soft.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and there were several options.
Our first room had beer cans and we had to get another room. There is no elevator. The bathroom near the breakfast was filthy!
value for money,cleanless,swimming pool
Too much chlorine in swimming pool which was a shame because we choose the hotel because it had a pool
The position near to New Haven (we had a car). Staff was friendly.
The bathroom was small and the breakfast room too small
Front desk Alex was so rude. He had his friends visiting when we arrived and took at least 10 minutes to get us checked in. We went up to our rooms and had only 2 towels. Went to the front desk to get more towels and Alex was still at the desk as well as his girlfriend or whatever she was. He got all huffy because we asked for more towels and some extra blankets. My sister in law also needed towels as she didn't have any when we arrived and he didn't wait for her to tell him. Instead he turned us over to the other guy who was just starting his shift and Alex walked out all mad. Next day my brother went to the desk Alex was working again. He was not very friendly as we had to re-activate our cards for our room which I never heard of. My brother actually said to Alex smile it can't be that bad. Never have I experienced such bad customer service. We spent over $600 for three rooms and got treated very poorly. We have all agreed never to make reservations there again.
The rooms were not clean. They smelled like cigarettes. The front desk guy Alex was rude. Never experienced such bad customer service in my life. Will never stay there again.
The cost was low, and the location was excellent for someone passing through the area. The staff were friendly.
The hotel appears not to have been updated in decades. Our room had been cleaned, but it smelled. The steam vent in the bathroom didn't work. The windows to the outside were damaged and without screens. There were more general problems with the hotel, too. The floors in the halls were uneven as if the building had settled since it was built. In the breakfast room the waffle maker looked as though it had not been cleaned in several months. The lady working there suggested to spray with non-stick from a can rather than cleaning the maker. There were many normal families there but also some strange folks. We arrived late, and the parking lot was completely full (half with large 18 wheelers). We noticed from our 2nd floor window two people playing with their cell phones in their cars (were they taking advantage of free internet? what were they doing?) Overall, nothing went wrong and we did get a good night's sleep but no satisfying breakfast. We wouldn't stop again.
Everything. Free shuttle good prices.
Very courteous and helpful staff, very clean room, wonderful breakfast
The location was excellent , easy to exit and enter the 1-95 north to Boston . The room was clean and comfortable and everything I needed was available including hair dryer , laundry and even a swimming pool ! The young man on the front desk recommended a diner less than 3 minutes away , the Parmatheon which served great food with fantastic service . There were quite a few truck drivers and business people staying and the staff seemed to know quite a few of them which is a good recommendation of repeat guests .
it was clean and a queen size room was alright. Wi-Fi connection was good
Breakfast was poor. Fruits and juices were not provided Restaurants are too far from the hotels.
The Manager gave me a different room that was clean.
I didn't like that the original room I got was nothing like the pics. The bed was so broke down it was like falling into a ditch when you laid on it. Toilet paper holder was missing so they just set the roll on the sink! Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, lights burned out on vanity, this place needs updates.
Room was dark
The rooms were clean.
Everything is worn out & needs to be updated/replaced. Beds were horrible, went to take my son swimming and one look at the pool was enough to make me cringe. What repairs are made are done half way. When the towel bar in the bathroom came loose, all they did was move it over & reattach it to the wall. No effort was made to patch the holes in the wall. What else is not being done correctly??? This was my first & last experience staying in a Baymont Inn
Not well maintained Ripped bedding No hot water in shower on Sunday morning Lobby dirty People smoking in hallways in a smoke free building
Location. My car was overheated after hours of gridlock on I-95. Other than that I liked nothing!
The motel and furnishings are worn and cheap, the whole place is dingy, unsafe, probably filthy: carpets look nasty, cigarette burns in bedspread, plastic tub enclosure yellowed with age, waist high window to parking lot unlock-able, 1" opening around door to hall. Horrible place!
Wi-Fi Location Breakfast was okay but all carbs.
This hotel has people living there who have dogs, kept their for propped open and were definitely not sensitive to others...loud and obnoxious. Pool is small and 3 feet only! Kitchenette has no utensils or anything.
Good size car park, large rooms, close to main roads but no noise from traffic, great breakfast including waffles nice pool & exercise room.
The walk up a steep hill to the nearest resturant
Great value, very clean, very conveniently located
I had no problems with this place at all. It exceeded expectations.
Love that the rooms were nice and clean!!! Expected less bit was very satisfied!!
First floor smelled too much like cigerattes but I guess that was the smoking floor....second floor was a lot better
