Overall great service
I was happy to see how clean the room was. Very nice touch to have fresh coffee when we arrived as we drove for over an hour. The driver that took us to the airport was the most friendliest shuttle drivers we ever had. My husband had hurt his back the day before we arrived and once she knew she would not allow him to lift a bag. We thank her very much for that
Service, cleanliness, and staff
Noise of the ice machine, and not being able to get into our rooms on the second night. Had to go to the front desk and ask why our keys would not work.
A little noisy but not too bad
Good value for money
The air conditioner was very dusty and was blowing the dust in the room
Just the location was fair.
The hotel is very old not upgraded. No carpets and everything looking old.It is not value for money .There is no good launge to sit and talk.
VERY NEAR AIRPORT. PAUL AT FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHUTTLE TO AND FROM AIRPORT WAS ONLY FIVE MINUTES.
Conveniently located by Buffalo airport, and a Denny's is directly In front and open 24 hrs a day. Staff was great. Continental breakfast was very good.
Room was small, but adequate.
Proximity to airport and restaurants.
Bathroom vent very noisy. Waited in Lobby for some time before getting key to my room because the machine malfunction. No apology for the inconvenience (I had travelled all day from Oregon) . No communication about Wi-Fi access or any other amentias. The access code for Wi-Fi was written on reverse side of room key handed to me. When I called to inquire The response was "I gave it to you"
Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this place for being rated a two-star hotel. We booked it online just hours before we arrived and got a great deal for our two-day stay. Would definitely stay there again.
Good price for basic airport hotel. Reasonable breakfast included. Close to terminal.
Dated decor and shabby fixtures and fittings.
-Convenient to Airport (to pick up friends) -Easy access to highways -Free breakfast -Free parking -Good price
-TV's are not HD??? -No pool or hot tub or games room -Not many restaurants/bars nearby
Good mattress. Friendly staff. Clean. Appreciated shuttle run early morning with friendly helpful staff.
Ice machine outside my door. People talking loudly and ice noise exiting machine from very early in am. Woke us up numerous times.
Everything was excellent especially the staff who were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Shuttle service was exceptional.
Why wasn't there a mini fridge in my room? There was last time. I did not have time to make an issue out of this, but I sure needed that frige, as I did not have a cooler with me. :(
Free Wifi, free breakfast, airport shuttle and proximity to the airport.
The desk clerk could not locate me or my reservation in her computer. She had to call for her manager who found it. I was exhausted after having flown on a red eye and just wanted to go to sleep. I went up to my room #321 and when I turned down my bed to go to sleep I discovered two large drops of blood on the white bed linen. I immediately called the manager. He came and was just as disgusted as I was to see the remnants of the previous guest. He brought me the key to another room. I made my way to the next (second of four) room #411. When I arrived in this room and stepped into the bathroom I stepped into 1/4 inch of water covering the floor from a leaking toilet that had a trickle of water continuously running. I called the front desk and they again re-assigned me a room #417. The manager went to the room ahead of me and looked it over himself. He came and I had him stay as I checked the room. I turned down the bed and we discovered black marks on the white bed sheets similar to those left by a pen. I asked him if he could have someone change the linen because now I was on room number 3 and was fully exhausted and just wanted to get some sleep in a clean bed. I sat on the couch in the room and looked at the dust ruffle on the bottom of the bed and it had a large brown spot of what could have been menstral blood, chewing tobacco or waste from a colostomy bag. I was sick to my stomach. He asked me to wait in the room and he would get me another room (number four). He came back with access cards to another room #419. On initial inspection it was fine. I unpacked again, prepared for bed and reached for the remote to watch a bit of TV. The tv would not turn on. A technician came up, he could not get it to work. I asked the manager to bring one of the TVs from one of the previous rooms up to this room and my room would be complete. He did and at midnight I was able to finally go to bed.
They charged me for 2 pillows that I truly didn't take
The staff, breakfast and essentials were right on point. Very friendly owner and everyone is very nice. I will surely be coming back again.
Breakfast, even tough it was not much.
Not enough parking specially if you get in late. Gravel area does not have lights!
The breakfast was good.
The room we stayed in was next to the laundry and at 11 pm they started running the dryers, which was on the other side of our headboard!! It ran for hours. The next morning we complained at the front desk and they told us they didn't do laundry at night, but he would check with night manager. At check out we asked for a discount off rate because of noise and they didn't give it.
The absurd parking fee. Never paid for this before, nor again.
Receptionist named Kam, called and mailed us my wife's missing pendant after we checked out. Very nice...
Quietness Design of room Front Desk Staff
How cleaning staff "takes over" certain areas. The a/c blows too hard, even on low, had to put a pillow over it at night to sleep.
close to airport
