The location is perfectly located between Grass Valley and Nevada City. They are pet friendly and provide walking areas to exercise your dog.

The upper rooms catch the highway noise. I would recommend requesting rooms away from the highway, and ground floor.level.

like the room price and the price was fair

Hot water was not working at all! Called the office said they have had problems in that building and thats fine but dont put people in there with no hot water. they said we could move but it was late stuff was all unpacked so we stayed and the water was working in the morning.

good free breakfast, fitness room, heated pool, balcony, nice bathroom, clean, quiet till the morning when i could hear the freeway cars, central location with lots of shops nearby, room service menu with restaurants that deliver, cost.

our heater had a fan that could be on heat or cool and an "auto" button but that didn't seem to be working. i called the desk clerk but he "had no idea" how the heater worked! he said the best he could do would be to move us to a different room. we were already settled in so i just had it on and couldn't sleep soundly and turned it off and then had to ask my hubby to turn it back on a few hours later so i wouldn't freeze to death. bed was a little too soft for my back too.

The hotel was in a great location for where I needed to be. It was clean.

The evening desk staff was competent and somewhat pleasant. The morning staff wasn't friendly at all and it was like we were bugging her by checking out. I really appreciate being greeted nicely and dealing with people who can at least pretend to like their job.

The room was clean and with good light as was the bathroom. Its so nice to have a bath with enough light to put on make-up.

It is very convient to visit my family who live in the area, as i was a resident of the area for over 20 years, also my wife is interend in nevada city.

I thought it is a little pricey if u want to stay longer than couple of days

Convenience to Route 49

Rooms & carpeting were dated and wet carpet produced a mold like smell

Comfortable accomodations, great breakfast choices, cookies in the afternoon.

Outside noise (highway) was noticeable but not a huge problem.

We loved the cleanliness and like the sanitary remot control. For being up against the freeway our room was quiet.

Our room was very spacious with micro and fridge, very comfortable.

All rooms come equipped with a fridge and microwave, which is pretty much a necessity when traveling with young children. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and had most of the basic things you would expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is situated right next to the 49freeway, so it is easy to come and go.

The rooms were dated, especially the bathroom, which also had a weird odor to it. The tv was difficult to use (I couldn't find an on-screen guide). It did seem on the expensive side for what you get, but hopefully the price will be adjusted down after the tourist season.

The facility is well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good price to value, location to access numerous shops

It is handy to get to off of Hiway 49, and easy access on and off the freeway. It's nice to have the drugstores close in case of needing something. The rooms are a nice size aaand clean and neat.

front counter staff needs better training. A staff member spent 5-7 minutes on the phone with a customer, then fixing a reservation on the computer screen while a line of customers waited for her attention in the lobby.
