convenience - walking distance to the Twins game! ease of access to 35W when we had to go home.

In town for our grandson's graduation from NCU and the location was ideal. Appreciated the parking voucher so he could provide our "limo" service. Service was immediate when we needed it. Absolutely loved the City!

Coffee pot being located in the vanity area was a bit of a turn off, although I was glad to have one available.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and quiet room. Easy & good value parking right at the back of the hotel. Free use of computers in the lobby. Good bar & restaurant at the hotel. Nice swimming pool and spa. Close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel room was beautiful, everything was walking distance to the event centre and lots of restaurants close by..The shuttle service was awesome and the guy from Iceland(shuttle driver) was super friendly and went out of his way for us, the room was beautiful and cozy, the restaurant food was fabulous..(walleye I highly recommend)..Am looking for a reason to go back!

We liked everything. Our suite was very quiet, very comfortable, good size. Staff was great, responsive. The restaurant served fantastic food and the staff was very friendly and gave great service.

One night of our stay was priced a little higher than the others, but was made up for in service we received.

Large room (#202). Very good bed. Bathroom was large. Very quiet. No street noise.

Lack of comfortable chairs in room for seating and (thus) conversation in-room was affected negatively. Bathroom need a shelf or table for placing items (i.e. eye glasses, etc).

Fine hotel right downtown Minneapolis. The suites are nice and comfortable.

Bar closes early, no free parking dor hotel guests.

We stay with friend often and always enjoy. We love the prices and location.

Our room this time was not clean. The walls were dirty in every room even the shower.

Spacious rooms though Booking rooms appear to be the smaller ones. Great bed. Appreciate the milk and cookies at 10 pm in the lounge. Breakfast in the Inn also tasty.

The hotel driver is more expensive then a taxi while they don't mention that even the flat rate of 40 dollars to the airport turned out to be 34 dollars by taxi. But if you appreciate cleanliness the hotel driver has one up.

Very friendly staff. All house keepers say hello as you walk through the halls. A nice touch!

Spacious clean rooms! I liked having water bottles in the room. I was right by the elevator and did not hear other guests at all.

The Normandy Inn was a residence hotel and thus offers very spacious rooms as a Best Western facility. We also liked the 1940's design in both hotel and the restaurant.

Liked the look and style of the room. The building was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Rooms were warm and nice.

I expected toothbrush, hairbrush in the washroom. I wanted room delivery of food but was refused as there was no staff in the restaurant.

They didn't have the type of room available that we requested so they upgraded us for no extra charge & we were very pleased. The rooms were recently remodeled.

There wasn't a continental breakfast.

I forgot toothpaste. The front desk provided 4 little packets.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. They had a shuttle for us to use and we did. The pool area was wonderful and we really enjoyed the stay. We will stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Was impressed with the fellow at the front desk, I believe his name was Joe, I had called ahead to confirm our reservation that we had booked online and it wasn't in their system, but he took the time to help make sure we had our room for that night. I was impressed with his service. We would definitely go back to the Normandy again.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like about it.
