Everything was as expected. Nothing in particular. Front desk should have more information on how to reach Sequoia National Park, access hours, etc.

Easy access off frwy The pool was empty the kids were bummed. We booked this hotel because of the pool and it was drained.We wish the website would state that fact

Breakfast was great and Donna is special. She is probably what made breakfast great. She is a keeper and should get a raise. The reception staff told us that the jacuzzi was closed, but it was not. She also did not honor the aaa discount.

A very relaxing place to stay. Heavy lorries parked in the public roadway to the side of the hotel tended to arrive late and depart very early.

Proximity to Denny'S. Our first room had a flooded bathroom floor. They ran out of food for breakfast on Sunday am. I compensated by helping myself to a couple of Hot Pockets from their pantry (for sale) items. I explained that there was no food left in the breakfast room, and still got charged for them. At a buck twenty five each, it's bad customer relations to charge a guest who is already upset. I might look into Holiday Inn Express right next door for the $2.50 faux pas on Best Western's staff's part.

Room was comfortable, liked the large bathroom Bed was way too hard. You really do need satellite television. Hardly any channels to watch. Made the evening very long with nothing to watch.

Piscine extérieure superbe agrémentée d'un petit spa bien agréable. Les chambres sont très propres. Un peu loin pour sequoia Nat'l park mais permet de voir Séquoia Nat'l Forest.

L'espace piscine / spa est très bien aménagé. La chambre est grande, propre et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec du choix. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Un peu loin de Sequoia NP mais bien pour une étape.

Eo precio y poco más, no está mal por el precio, pero lo reservé por la proximidad a la entrada del parque de las sequoias y resultó que la entrada del parque queda bastante lejos de este hotel. El persona no es muy atento, el sitio está ubicado como en un polígono industrial sin nada alrededor, el aire acondicionado de la habitación hace mucho ruido y la nevera la tuvimos que apagar también por el ruido. Lo cogimos por la ubicación-precio y acabó siendo solo precio.

Na King Canyon bezocht te hebben (2uur rijden) hier overnacht, prima hotel met goed ontbijt. Ook het zwembad was lekker na een dag reizen. In de omgeving is weinig te beleven. Geen lekker restaurantjes, alleen maar fastfood ketens.... Dus boek dit hotel alleen om te overnachten. Bedden en kamers waren prima!

Sciacquone e luci bagno non funzionavano ma ce li hanno sistemati subito Albergo isolato con camionisti che dormono nel parcheggio, vicini rumorosi e colazione chiusa prima delle 9. Ascensore assente.

Walls were a little too thin. Entry cards for rooms rarely worked. Had to get cards re-set most every time. Some of the employees were not so kind.

Convenient, the breakfast area was well kept The price I paid. I was charged 95/night for my rooms. When I checked in, another person booked a room right then. Same room, 75/night

Das Hotel ist gut die Zimmer das Frühstück waren auch gut,die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Bei der Ankunft am Abend war das Personal unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit, vorallem wenn man nicht Hilfe am PC bracht, sahen lieber Fernseh. Am Morgen war das Personal gleich das Gegenteil.
