Best Western Providence/Seekonk  

Price was the best around near to Newport, which was our destination for a day trip and also close to the Cape. Loves the complimentary breakfast included. Staff was more than helpful, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room

Good breakfast, with a free local paper, hotel is ideally situated centrally to visit all the major cities Boston, Providence, Newport. Good eating opposite.

Gym was a little small and the machines need servicing.

Air conditioner did not work. They got it to work while we were at dinner. But when the cooling went of, there was a loud fan clicking sound that was tough to sleep thru.

Most affordable we found for this caliber of lodging. We specifically opted this hotel because it has an indoor pool.

The pool hours were lousy. Pool did not open til 9 am, breakfast ended at 9:30. Who wants to eat a buffet breakfast then go swim? I also thought breakfast could be open til 10, and they were merciless on the closing time. Several people walked in at 9:31 but there was no grace. Since there is no lifeguard on duty, would it be possible to place a few towels in the pool area the night before, then allow a few early risers to swim at 6:30 or 7 am? We were looking forward to using the pool, and very disappointed that our commitments kept us out til 9:30 pm, with the pool closing at 10.

Beds and pillows too soft. Breakfast not very appetizing. Noisy neighbors.

There was nothing not to like. It was a wonderful hotel. Staff were very cordial and helpful. If I ever go to Providence again, that is where I will stay. Our whole party was very impressed.

Friendly staff. Based on my experience in North Canton Akron a choose the same group of hotel. Very close to shopping and restaurants saves a lot of time.

the location was okay

The room was gross, unclean and smelled like cats.The staff was very rude upon our arrival. As a plus hotel it FLUNKED.

Lovely room

Location was great for us - pool n hot tub were nice - room was clean except for shoes and a shirt that were left under the bed by someone else.

Staff was great on answering questions but not very friendly and both days at breakfast there was a lot of empty items like the milk was empty - no waffle batter and there were only a few pastries left

Otimo atendimento na recepção e boa localização para quem esta com carro.

L'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e la vicinanza a molti ristoranti e negozi. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ma chambre, qui était équipée d'un petit frigo et d'un micro-onde. Le lit était super confortable et la piscine est bien appréciée quand il fait chaud. Le p'tit déjeuner chaud, (oeufs brouillés, bacon, saucisses et même un petite machine pour faire des crêpes), était parfait. Pour 99.00 la nuit, ça aurait été bien difficile de trouver mieux.

Chambre propre, acceuil agréable. Découverte de la machine a Pancakes. Nuit étape, donc pas facile d'évaluer l'hotel.

Lit trop mous, attention au mal de dos.

Bon hôtel: chambre agréable, salle de petit-déjeuner spacieuse. Piscine appréciable après une journée de route. Restaurants à proximité, bien pratique car cela évite de reprendre la voiture. Pour nous cet hôtel a été une étape, c'est peut être un peu loin si l'on veut se rendre au centre de Boston.

Bon rapport qualite prix, confortable. piscine pour se delasser tres agreable.
