A little bit noisy (trafic) average level hotel with pretty large rooms. Veeery low wifi connection was disappointment. Worst thing was that at hotels complimentary free parking lot somebody hit our car's window with a rock during nighttime. Beside there was also another car with broken window. There was glass overall at parking lot so this kind of things seems to happen there. Roundhouse Suites should really do something to security, the guard they have isn't enough.

Our king suite was small but quite comfortable. It was nice to have a separate sitting/TV watching area which could be closed off from the bedroom. The free shuttle service was a huge bonus; we didn't have to move our car once we arrived. Also, the fact that the Boston Upper Deck hop-on/hop-off bus stopped there every morning was great. Breakfast was adequate. Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

The price was was reasonable. Mainly there wasn't much availability in Boston last weekend. The room was very clean. Free parking was appreciated. The location was really undesirable. At the complimentary breakfast, the coffee dispenser was not working and no one was fixing it,so we had to get coffee at mcdonalds. That is not a very safe mcdonalds. Also the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was difficult to control.

Although this was the most expensive hotel of our holiday it was also the least sleep because the cheap design windows ( next to a busy main road ) did not close properly and could not have been fixed quickly. ( I have spent my working life in the construction industry ) I heard at least 10 police cars, 7 ambulances and 15 tyre squeeling boy racers from the gas station next door. The promised breakfast food bag ( early flight ) was not known about at checkout. We were charged for a call that did not connect but the checkout person could not adjust this; we had to make a call to the manager. Do not stay here.

Hotel is fine. Neighborhood is not. They forgot to supply a knife with my breakfast. Parking didn't feel safe to leave a car overnight.

The rooms were very nice, the Bed was very comfortable. The people at the desk were extra friendly The only fault we found was the parking. It was difficult to find a place to park, and wasn't till we asked inside that we made our own spot in the parking lot.

Although slightl yout of the centre of things, the shuttle service offerred by the hotel was wonderful, and worked extremely well, and was very efficient. The staff were exceptionally helpful from the reception, drivers and especially the breakfast assistant who worked wonders. Clearly a hotel for the tourist. Shortage of dining area, and needed a lounge and bar for wet days!

Service at the hotel was execellent staff were very helpful and very pleasant .rooms were nice and clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable and the bedlinen of a good standard. They also run a free shuttle bus to shops restaraunts and railstations .. The biggest problem for this hotel is that it is surrounded by hospitals sirens going off on ambulances fire station very nearby sirens from fire tenders positioned on the edge of an industrial area .

Nicely furnished room with neat amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom and bedroom were very spacious and comfortable, and there were two television sets and a nice work table. The sofa bed was a nightmare to sleep on, and the hotel itself has very limited facilities. The location is not ideal as it's in a mainly industrial district and although shuttle service to the subway is provided, the wait for the shuttle can be anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes.

Most was the ability to get around using your shuttle service, which negated the fact that your location is so far from downtown. Was impressed by the upgrade of the lobby that was going on, and assumed it was part of a renovation which will extend to rooms, thus the three cosmetic defects in our room could be overlooked. The upgraded continental breakfast was also a big plus. Mrs Bourke was a most pleasant staff person, helpful and most friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a selection of both hot and cold breakfast items. The shuttle drivers were terrific!!!!! The general manager Melissa was excellent! The location wasn't in the best section of town however I felt safe. The shuttle was available to take almost anytime and anywhere in the city.

THe price for a location so close to the city center of Boston had me nervious. I thought it would be too good to be true... Upon my arrival the lobby was sectioned off due to renovations. At first look, I thought I had made a dreadful mistake. When I checked in the front desk clerk was a wonderful person. He was there both nights I stayed and during both nights he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We had no tea in out room and he went on a short search to fetch some for us. He explained the free suttle service, gave good advice for restaurants. He was personable and plesant... He is everything a hotel could ask for in a front line service person. The shuttle driver "Enrique" was also very charming and personable. Even the men working on the lobby floor were very polite. I stayed in room 410 and upon walking in there was an odd order, however the layout was wonderful. A true value for the price. I should love to go again and again, provided it were for the same price. THe room in which the breakfast was served had very low ceilings and I found that disturbing... Breadfast served in a basement level... But that would be the only thing I found the least bit unsettling...

I have to say the only thing I liked was the proximity to downtown Boston. As far as cleanliness and everything is I would say it scores below average. It was expensive for the quality of the hotel. If I had more time to look for another hotel I would stay somewhere else. They ran out of milk in the morning. The desk staff was very kind though. This was my first time booking through this company. We usually book through hotels.com.
