Our king suite was small but quite comfortable. It was nice to have a separate sitting/TV watching area which could be closed off from the bedroom. The free shuttle service was a huge bonus; we didn't have to move our car once we arrived. Also, the fact that the Boston Upper Deck hop-on/hop-off bus stopped there every morning was great. Breakfast was adequate. Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

Parking included, Price, Breakfast included, good clean room (small suite), Location. No restaurants nearby so require a car to go anywhere for dinner (except MacDonald's). Large hospital complex up the street involving a lot of noise due to ambulances. Beggars on the corner. Not close city transit.

The hotel was very comfortable and easy to get to. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant. It has a very interesting history and it's proximity to my daughter's school, who was graduating from college was excellent. It was a very pleasant stay.

The location was excellent; it was near the Andrew train station. It was also affordable considering the location and the size of our room. We would also like to make special regards given by our shuttle bus driver, enrique. He provided excellent service and good recommendations that made our visit in boston special. The breakfast area was too small considering the number of people who wanted to it.

It was convenient that the hotel had a shuttle service that brought us to nearby t stops. It was also convenient that we were so close to the airport. The breakfast was not bad and liked the 24 hour cookie availability. My only complaint was that the ventilation system in the hotel caused a buzzing sound in our room. This was annoying.

Very large rooms. Shuttle bus available to take you certain places. The early morning wakeup call automatted system was not working so reception wrote our wake up call (0515) down for the night staff. There was no phone call. In fact we had to wake reception up when we departed. The young man concerned could not have cared less. We were catching a plane from Boston to Australia and we could have missed that flight.

The worker like carol. And the room was very small but extremely well arranged and clean. The neighborhood that it is In near is very urban. And due to the design of the hotel the noise at 2am of the booming systems from the cars was a huge downer. This was not my favorite nights sleep.

The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. The shuttle service is very important for the hotel since it is not in dowtown and the closest public transport stop is not so close to walk. But the shuttle works very well. The wifi connection is very poor. The price, we think, is a bit high for the hotel in general. The breakfast content was good but it is served in plastic staff and that gives a kind of "hostel" feeling. For this price I expected something different.

The Shuttle services ! However, I complained that linen was not changed or used linen was used again without washing and drying and I was surprised that the so called fresh linen in the carts of room cleaner was all folded but were actually used linen being reused !! This is out outrageous and a breach of trust. On complaining they gave me newer linen that was clean and fresh. They must get rid of old rage-like linen that and make sure that house-keepers change linen and the laundry people are doing the washing and drying !! Like I said, the shuttle service is a big plus as taxi rates are very high.

We stayed 3 nights at the Best Western plus Roundhouse Suites Boston during a conference in the Boston Convention Center (bcc). It was a pleasant/satisfying experience with all facilities available including internet, 24 hour tea/coffee and helpful staff members. What I specially liked was the courtesy shuttle service to and from the hotel to the bcc, that really made our stay very comfortable without having to worry about the public transport everyday. The location was also quite good, with eating joints close-by for dinner, etc. Altogether, very good in an affordable price. We paid like $120 per night. Nothing to complain really.

The staff was wonderful, very accomodating. It was handy to have breakfast available when desired. The room was very small, but clean and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. The shuttle was unreliable. The hotel was quite a ways outside the city and a walk from any subway station. Being forced to rely on cab service was inconvenient at best. The breakfast are is far too small to accomaodate the amount of guests who utilize it. The elevator smelled of mold.

Nice front desk staff, and good size room. Random "white" stain on the green throw blanket, and the beds were not very comfortable ... And the hallways smelt like rotten eggs. Parking was ridiculous.

“I liked having breakfast available, how the stairs and elevator on each floor are closed off from the rooms by doors so it's quieter to sleep, the comfort of our king bed and spacious amount of floor area to practice yoga, and how the staff was always ready to answer questions and helpful.” Amy, Vashon |
