The continental breakfast was really good. The shuttle service was very appreciated. An odd smell in the elevators. |

We liked our room. It was very comfortable and it was very clean and we felt very secure. Even thought the parking was free, we had to walk across the street to park the car. Because the hotel is not in the nicest of areas it was little scary walking to the hotel after we parked the car. |

Big room and decent breakfast Locations is pretty bad if you want to walk. If you are using a car everything is pretty close. Parkings are expensive in Boston though. |

The staff was great. Really liked having the shuttle take us around the city. The two young ladies at the desk, Debra and Lucynda, were very helpful. Both shuttle drivers were very pleasant and knew their way around the city. Breakfast was very good. Food was fresh and the area clean. Can't think of any thing at all. |

breakfast is good enough. i did not like location of the hotel because there are only one convenience store and fastfood store, which is Mcdonald around the hotel. In addition, far too slow wireless internet. |

We had two other couples with us and we all were amazed at how wonderful the hotel was and for the price. We all enjoyed the staff; they were very helpful. We may make coming to Boston and staying with you an annual event. |

Although a little far from the center, the hotel provides its guests to regular shuttle around the city. Excellent cost-benefit. |

The staff was very nice and the shuttle bus service was very good and on time. The hotel is close a the hospital and you would ear sometime the ambulance. Not nice when you are sleeping. But still a good hotel to stay |

Liked the junior suite. quaint room. Liked everything about the hotel-not location. the location made us feel uneasy about being there. If I had know or could have cancelled after pulling up I would have. Listed minutes away from places we wanted to visit-but nothing around us was good. |

Because of the poor position of the Roundhouse you offered a comprehensive shuttle service, except that..... ...the shuttle service was useless. one overworked man and bus couldn't cope with demand. Also, many of the destinations promised were refused. Also, only having plastic knives and forks shows an appalling attitude towards waste when the whole world is concerned about landfills and their reduction. |

Close to the main attraction the front desk was rude, parking is almost 100 feet away. Location is not safe. |

Good service and friendly personnel. The hotel had a free shuttle bus and that worked very well. For visiting places, who were not in the shuttle bus route you could take the bus and T. The environment around the hotel was less. |
