Best Western PLUS Roundhouse Suites Boston    

two room suites for less than a hotel room , free parking, free breakfast, free wi-fi in the rooms. All adds up to a great bargain! staff was great, courteous, helpful and cheerful. Great for a family, convenient for a Red Sox game. Rooms were clean, 2 big flat screen tvs, one in each room. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

the location is on the edge of central Boston. There is little in the immediate neighborhood (except there is a good diner close by). Need to take a shuttle to get into the center of boston

Cleaning staff did not clean coffee pot from prior guest. There was no coffee in the bedroom kitchen pot supplies. Old coffee bag was still in the pot from prior guest.

No coffee in room. Poor cleaning staff.

Breakfast....please please no eggs all the time can we please have some bacon....I know that there is cereal but if you want something hot all you have is eggs/ or omlets all the time

The deluxe suite was super spacious with a great variety of facilities including a fridge, ironing board.The bed was so comfy, breakfast was lovely a lot of options offered, the hotel offers free coffee/tea and cookies everyday along with free computer access and printing. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the subway or if there was any other location you wanted to go they would make it happen. Staff member Orlando was extremely friendly and helpful he did his upmost to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

trash was not picked up daily; location; some travellers were loud, partying on Sat night. proximity to main street - sound of cars make sleeping difficult.

The desk supervisor, Orlando, was gracious and extremely helpful. He made the stay special and we will recommend Roundhouse to others because of his service.

The control of the TV's didn't work very well. I think the remotes were not matched with the TV models.

This hotel was budget friendly. The free breakfast was great, and cookies at five were a real treat. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle into was wonderful.

It is clear it is due for some renovations.

The staff were fantastic Very helpful.very friendly and could,nt do enough for us.The shuttle service was excellent and the drivers very informative on where to go and what to see and do and best way to get there.

The noise of the local service yard at side of hotel which was out our window. diggers and service vehicles starting up early in the mornings, and moving metal sheets around.

Comfortable beds and awesome pillows! Very great and friendly shuttle service and drivers. Even turned around after we missed them by a second. We truly appreciated that!

In our room, Rugs were clearly not vacuumed, sitting area had old furniture. Shower was hard to use. Hate not having a sink in the toilet area! You have to go out of the closed door bathroom to wash your hands. Very unsanitary! Refrigerator smelled and had rotting wood on the bottom of cabinet. Needless to say, we didn't use it because of this.

Nice to have separated sleeping areas. Comfy main bed. Breakfast included.

Small pull-out bed vey uncomfortable and the linens provided were wrong size and lacking warmth.

A bit on the outskirts but shuttle bus overcame this. Breakfast to room did not include cereal on list although availble in lobby

It was all good the breakfast could be a little better with some sugar free foods for people with diet problems.

Size of room was great, so much room and the tvs in each room were fantastic.

Free parking is my favorite. Room is not new but comfortable.

It's a little far away from the downtown.

They had breakfast there and also we loved the free shuttle. My husband and I went to dinner and it was great not to have to find a parking spot or walk to the restaurant on a cold windy night. Our driver Enrique Robles was very friendly and had manners. He dropped us off and picked us up from the restaurant quickly. The free shuttle service is a great idea.

Hospitality, great price, shuttle (didn't have a chance to use due to storm. We had to cut our trip short). Love the suite (microwave, fridge etc)

We didn't call the front desk bc we left early, but on the couch in living room area there were one spots that looked like blood (not 100% sure what it was)

Initially it was an ideal location to be close to Children's Hospital during the snow storm. The design of the room was better than expected however... The tub was clogged after a shower the night I arrived I began sneezing 1 hr. Later and noted that the heat cover and filter were filled with dust balls which explained my allergic reaction

I was told the parking lot would be kept clear throughout the night as I needed to arrive at work at7am. I am a registered nurse in the Intensive care unit. When I went to my car it was buried and lot poorly plowed. I went back inside and asked if the front desk had a shovel, one attendant was in the chair half asleep and said no... Go ask that person. I then asked if he had a shovel I could use he said yes and gave me one. I asked about the maintenance of the lot and his response was "they should be keeping it cleaned out" Are there any cabs..."nope" was his response. I shoveled out my car 2 hours later... The front door way was not shoveled nor the walk way... My room was ok, the de

The heat worked really well! The room was lovely and clean. I appreciated the extra blankets. The internet worked really well too. The front desk was very helpful and the shuttle drivers were also extremely accommodating, which made getting to my interview in the morning and then the airport in time that afternoon much less stressful.

The shower knob in my bathroom was pretty hard to turn on, to the extent that I thought I was going to break it and was about to ask the front desk if I was turning it on incorrectly when it finally moved. Otherwise I wouldn't have asked for anything else!

The Shuttle is really amazing because the location is not so good ( I mean, it's not near any subway stop) but with the shuttle is not a problem! Very nice people!!

Location near Boston Medical Center was excellent for us. Roomsize (suite) was very nice with microwave and fridge and couches. Beds were comfortable. When we requested extra blankets they brought them to us no hassle. We could control the temperature in the room ourselves and even open the window if we wanted.

Everything was a bit threadbare. At one point water leaked from bathroom (?) above into ours below. By then it was late and we just wiped it up and went to bed. Couches were old and dirty. Carpet was dirty and stained. Parking security was a bit questionable...we definitely were on the edge of a not so nice neighborhood.
