A city hotel with free parking. 5 miles from the airport, we drove but also linked by underground to nearby Andrew's stop. Right by I-90 and I-93 so easy to leave city if you plan to move on as we did. Staff really very helpful and far better personal treatment than you would expect in a hotel of this style. Free courtesy bus to local transit stations so easy to get into the city.
Not the most attractive position, run down neighbourhood and by very busy road but price reflected this. Room could do with update but spacious, comfortable.
Large room with a bedroom, bathroom with shower and a sitting area. Clean and tidy. Staff were helpful in reception .
Location. On a busy intersection so quite noisy . We found outside and the car parking area at the back to be rather unpleasant, not the best area to arrive in.
surrounding area not that nice
Spacious bedroom with lounge. The business centre was handy.
On the edge of an industrial area. Not convenient for public transport to Boston centre. The shuttle service is not frequent and the vehicle is tired and offers limited seats.
We recently had some medical issues and were able to get a handicap bathroom. That made a big difference for me feeling safe in the shower and being able to soak my injured leg.
There were only two handicap parking spaces. So we had to walk quite a ways on the uneven sidewalk. It would be nice if they could put a few more spaces in.
Good size rooms separate bedroom and living area. Large carpark Helpful staff Shuttle to T line if required
The best thing about the Best Western is the shuttle bus and the drivers were very helpfull when asked for directions. The bus stops nearby and that was ideal for getting to the city. The reception staff did all they could to help with information and travel details even booking tours.
The kitchen facilities could be better in the junior suites. A kettle and some disposable cutlery and may be disposable bowls.
Very friendly and helpful
Friendly, helpful staff.
The spacious suite with a sofa. The courtesy bus. The receptionist were very helpful. The VIctoria DIner was excellent.
THE NOISE OF THE TRAFFIC ALL NIGHT AND SURROUNDING AREA IF WALKING OUT WHEN DARK.
I liked the cost per night compared to other hotels downtown Boston and that it included parking. I liked the breakfast and the separate sitting room was really nice to relax in in the evening. Was pleasantly surprised it had a shuttle to take us to the subway station. Staff super nice!
The couch in the sitting room was kind of icky. Was torn in a couple of places and looked and kind of felt dirty. Definitely needs replacing!
At last - a hotel that understands you can never have too many hangers! Very comfortable bed, good shuttle service (a key reason I stayed here) to the local station, helpful staff. Nice cookies available in the afternoon, too!
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Location - totally uninspiring surroundings. Breakfast very limited choice and poor quality. Plastic utensils and cardboard plates unacceptable. Only plastic cups provided in room. Shuttle vehicle dirty. Service only to two Metro stations.
I liked the hotel staff; rooms were comfortable; great breakfast. I also used the small gym.
The area around the hotel. It is not very attractive. However, I used Uber to get around and that was awesome.
Staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus was very handy.
Free wifi and breakfast. Easy to cancel - due to feeling unsafe in area
Location is in the "ghetto". There were cops in front of the hotel when we arrived. Constant flow of sirens. Sketchy/drug addicts everywhere. Staff was very rude and unfriendly.
The staff was very courteous Daily breakfast was a nice perk, although they ran out of regular coffee one day, but had decaf
We were on the sixth floor (top floor) and facing Massachusetts ave. and it was noisy because BU med center is a couple of blocks away and there is ambulance noise as well as truck noise. The shades did help some.
Room amenities. Comfortable bed. Nice hot water. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and wet bar in the room. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Exact same breakfast menu every day. Towel rack falling down, and poorly repaired after a previous fall.
As there were three of us, it was good. It is hard to find beds for three people .
Sofa bed was terrible......really bad. Other two beds were fine. Other than that it was OK, staff was great, very helpful.
Room was spacious. Clean other than the carpet. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast.
We were on the ground floor right on the street & there were only sheers on the windows. The drapes were not made to pull over so there wasn't much privacy. Many stains on the carpet. We were there for a concert at the TD Garden & to go shopping up town so the location was a bit out of the way.
Nice spacious rooms Helpful staff Clean rooms
Breakfast was very basic with limited hot options.
Everything else was fine, except the location.
Location. It was near car shops etc and the street was full of homeless people. They kept to themselves, but still, walking past them each night was not the best
It was ok
We really liked the staff who were really friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable
This hotel is located in an industrial area. Our room backed onto a heavy equipment parking/storage area and we were woken up by the noise of large garbage trucks and other heavy trucks, constantly coming and going from 5:00am. It was impossible to sleep. Also, we wanted to have easy access to downtown, and so we had to walk several blocks to get to the bus that would take us to the T Line. At night, there were not many choices of restaurants, and what few there were, we had to walk several blocks to get to. I wish we could have picked up the hotel and moved it to a better location, because everything else was great.
