Good location, very near to Bryce Canyon. The restaurant serves really good food, reasonably priced too.
The shower, intermittently hot & cold!
The location the swimming pool on site store for food and souvenirs
The personal at the reception was note very friendly
The staff was very kind and the rooms were quite good.
Breakfast was terrible, not price worthwile and even for free it was almost impossible to eat. Buffet dinner was also quite bad and the waiting time for be sitted too long. The menu dishes were pretty good. The pool was in the main building but whitout dressing facilities for people that need to go to rooms outside in the freezing weather. A dressing room near the pool is demanded.
This is my second time staying here. The room that we got this time was even better than last time. It looks new or remodeled. Clean and spacious. Internet service were fast, convinient locations with restaurant and gift store. Also at the enterance of Bryce National Park.
Nice indoor pool
the food is horrible
Very Clean and great value. I read other reviews thinking we were in for a scary stay, but that was not the case. We would stay here again. We brought our own food and the microwave and fridge worked great!
The prices in gift shop and grocery store were ridiculous, $7.99 for a small pack of bologna that you can get at Walmart for $.99. We had heard so many bad reviews about the staff and restaurant that we avoided it all together. Bring you own food!
Shower water temperature went from fire to ice and back again. It was very difficult to control.
Bed was awful
Nice location, great steaks at the restaurant
No tea making facility only for coffee
Location - 5 min drive from Bryce Canyon visitor center. Nice clean spaceous room. Wifi worked a treat which was a surprise, bearing in mind location. There's a food mart on site, laundry and nice pool.
Hotel restaurant was a bit pricey.
Location. Amenities. Price Good
Room temperature somewhat difficult to maintain.
Nice to have a large flat screen tv!
Resturant in hotel... seasoning in burgers overwhelming....
One of our computers could not get online.
WiFi was pretty slow
Food was good, Beds were comfortable, Room was clean, Shower good.
Had several problems getting our keys to work on the room door. The rooms were cramped
Rubys dominanted town and the location was very close to Bryce entrance making it the idea place to stay esp due to abundant rooms and good prices.
Nice rooms near the park. Good store and restaurant.
The sounds from neighbouring rooms plumbing is noisy. Restaurant has long waits to get a table.
Nothing around. Queuing for dinner, meals were average. Last night of a two day stay drove 6 miles down the road for a better dinner and then breakfast the following day.
The room was very comfortable.
The coffee maker didn't work.
The noise of the plumbing from other rooms.
The food was good and the staff was, for the most part, very nice and cordial.
$20 per night for a cat is ridiculous! Al our cat does is sleep and left no trace of her presence - $40 extra is a rip-off! Wed night (11/5) we witnessed a female employee (mgr type) treat a foreigner who apparently didn't esnt to use his credit card in an extremely abusive manner made us ashamed to be Americans!
close to park entrance
The cleanliness of the washroom was disgusting. The toilet had feces and splatter in and on it from the last guest and the bathtub and floor had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk and specifically ask to have someone return to the room and clean it, but this was ignored. At check out, we once again reported the incident and were told that a note would be made of it, and housekeeping alerted. No offer of any type of compensation was made. Thankfully we were only there for one night but were extremely disappointed in the way Best Western treat their guests. We will not be returning or recommend this facility to anyone and also be very sceptical to stay at any other Best Western (what type of Quality Assurance do they have?)!!
Horseback riding on the rim of Bryce Canyon. The restaurant was a good value Everything was handy including shopping and groceries at Rubys
Everything except the restaurant.
Poor buffet breakfast that you had to pay for and most things like juice, coffee, toast were extra.
