Close to Resorts for cabs, etc. Walking to shopping did not feel safe in the surrounding area on the streets -- daytime boardwalk was much better. Staff called on Sunday am to ask us to participate in a time share presentation for the 3rd time! We clearly said "no" 2 times before, once at check-in & once after I valeted my car. For that reason alone, I'm not sure I'd stay again.
Time share presentation pressure. Staff was too pushy. We paid for the room in full, in advance. Sunday morning call put me over the top.
The Resort Was perfect, couldn't have ask for more...
I liked the view from the terrace and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well and the living room was cozy.
I didn't like having to wait for over an hour until well after midnight for a larger size fitted sheet to be brought to the room for our friend to sleep on. I didn't like to wait 15 minutes for a valet to park my car after 11 pm Friday night when we returned from a dinner party at the Tropicana. One of only 3 valets still working told me that most of the staff had been sent home earlier that night. I didn't like the shower head sounding like a high pitched tea kettle that was boiling water when the shower was turned on. It was piercing to the ears and wasn't changed until Saturday afternoon. I didn’t like having to make a 10 minute round trip to get some ice that was only made available on the 6th floor. Meanwhile our suite was on the 30th floor. And the smell of chlorine when the elevator doors opened was enough to make you gasp. I didn't like I didn't like having the time share tour people call my room before 10 am on Saturday morning to confirm a 12:45 appointment. I didn't like being told that I could not go on the tour unless my domestic partner accompanied me and she was too angry at the terrible service to even consider it.
The jacuzzi in bedroom. The kitchen had everything you need. The service was great. Parking.
Parking should be included in orice. Maid service should be included too.
The room, the staff, the availability, the price, and the service.
Elevators backed up but not as bad as stated in the reviews.
The spacious rooms, the staff, the facilities, the jacuzzi in the room, I loved everything about the hotel. It was the best hotel we ever went to. It was close to everything. We loved it! It was also very affordable.
The wait for the elevator was a bit long at times. But it was not a significant issue. The hotel was totally worth it.
So many extras made this hotel a plus for me and my family. Indoor & outdoor pool, game consoles w/games on the activity floor, arcade, free laundry, movie theater and only 1 short block to the boardwalk. The staff was very nice and made me feel welcome.
friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. Close to boardwalk and beach. Kitchen amenities were excellent.
slow elevators. 10 dollars a day for parking
Staff was very helpful. Rooms were incredibly clean. Hot tub was relaxing, beds were comfy.
Elevators were slow. Valet parking at check in was very backed up.
Location and staff were great. Very clean very helpful.
Elevators were very slow.
Nothing about them
They were slow and not enough of them for how many floors n rooms there are.
we loved everything, the room was amazing. Anytime we would go to Atlantic City, we will deff go to Skyline Tower!
Balcony, kitchen, close to the beach.
The elevators were slow, but still a great hotel.
the rooms were very nice the pool area was also very nice the theater was a very nice feature as well as the game room
the elevator wait going up or down
Security, valet parking, House keeping- clean towels-laundry facility, Pool, Fitness center, full kitchen, amenities-Room-suite was great- loved Balcony
I put a person down as a guest for 1 day only- she is pushy and 2 days later- asked to go to my room/was given a green wrist band and allowed to go up to my room- with no Adult up there- just the 2 Teenagers. Found her sitting on my Balcony:(
Friendly and very helpful
Every staff member was very cordial and comforting. They accommodate by holding your luggage for early check-in and late check-out. If one or the other cannot happen, you can still enjoy Atlantic City without waiting in a car or lobby, It is definitely a luxury hotel.
Based on other prices in the area and what other people had to spend, our price was tremendous! I would not however, be able to stay in this hotel if I were footing the entire bill.
The Room Was Really Nice Spacious And Clean Staff Was Very Friendly And Helpful I Will Definitely Stay There Again
Needs More Elevators
Speed to Action on Customer Service
Elevators took too long.
Appartments were lovely and spacious. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the broad walk. Kitchen had every utensil I may have needed, although I only cooked once.
The balcony was out of service, which was annoying. I'm pretty sure the website said the renovation would be happening in September.
The hotel rooms are very large and equipped with everything you could need. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The view over the bay side is really lovely. Everything is clean and well kept and the walk to the beach is very short though it is through car parks.
THE BALCONIES!! I spent a long time researching hotels and choose this one as it had a balcony and I was travelling with my mom who panics when she can't get fresh air. When we got there we found the balconies were locked due to renovations and won't be opened again until September 2014!!! I understand having to renovate but not telling us this when I booked I found absolutely disgraceful! I spent most of the week out of the hotel as my mom just couldn't be in the room for long and by that point everywhere else was booked. Even the windows didn't open. I was offered no apology or discount even though I would never have chosen to stay there had I known about the balconies. As they are one of the very few hotels in the area with balconies they should assume that a lot of people book here for this feature and therefore should definitely warn people. They send enough emails about payments they could have at least included one about being sealed in the room!!! The room was lovely but our stay was totally ruined due to this fact as my mum kept having panic attacks when in the room. Very, very disappointed.
The staff was excellent The room was clean
The elevators were frustrating
The room was great and comfortable. The bathtub was amazing. Pretty close to the board walk. Ice maker for the take to the beach fridge.
The elevators were super slow and needed to take down the stairs from the 25 floor to the lobby. We couldn't use the balcony because the building was under construction without prior notice at booking.
Room was very nice spacious and clean. The resort is conveniantly located walking distance from the beach and the boardwalk. Very awesome location!
Elevators were kind of slow and balcony was closed due to construction. However it was still very much worth the money.
