Very friendly host. Beautiful facilities and grounds. Glass of wine on large patio was great. Breakfast on same patio was very good.
Room got warm in the evening after the a/c was turned off even with the window open. Very small claw-foot tub that didn't work well. With window open noise from street in front was noticeable.

Loved the different outside sitting areas for just hanging out and relaxing
The location is in the historic Bybee House which has been lovingly restored by the owner, Tina and her cousin. The service and the food was to die for, and you immediately felt like family. The grounds were well kept and located in a scenic area outside of Jacksonville.
The room was a bit small by modern standards, but remember you are staying at a historic home. Even the towels are imported from England, and Tina is very careful to preserve the look and the amenities of the period.
The grounds and house were lovely, and the breakfasts were top notch, but I think my favorite thing about this inn were the innkeepers!
Can't think of anything.
Everything about our stay was amazing! The object of our trip was to go to a concert at the Britt festival. They will drive you to the concert venue and pick you up after! This really allows you to relax have some wine and enjoy the concert and know you have a safe ride home! Made the concert so much more fun! The three course gourmet breakfast was to die for! All in all the whole experience was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable one I've ever had next my temperpedic at home!
There was not one small thing to dislike!
The owners were like family and were eager to meet any requests. The food was great and the house and grounds were incredible. Amazed that these two ladies did everything themselves. Best B&B we ever stayed in.
The weather was very hot and although central air conditioning was available and running all night, it was not quite cool enough for us. We did bring our own fan and it was very comfortable with it. (This is just a personal issue). It would really be hard to find fault with anything here.
Staff was great. Facility was very clean...even corners! Very quiet and restful. Breakfast was EXCELLENT!
Room was a bit small. Location good, but had to drive to see any attractions. This was both positive and negative.
Nice site close to Jacksonville but with the environment and the charm of the countryside. The Inn is so beautiful and the hospitality is amazing.
Great place, lovely owners, spacious and comfortable rooms... and a Superior Breakfast.
The breakfast was marvelous and certainly a reason to choose and come back. The location close to Applegate wineries and Jacksonville is superb. The innkeepers are a true gem! The room we stayed in was fantastic (The Governor).
Not enough time to stay longer!
Jacksonville? Where's that? This seemed a convenient place to stop while driving up I-5 from SF to Portland. Am I glad I stayed here? The Inn is about a five or ten minute scenic drive from the main downtown historic district, which has some excellent restaurants and espresso. The Inn itself is beautiful and the staff is as warm and friendly as your own family. My room had a jetted soaking tub - a godsend after a back sprain. Really a wonderful experience - I wish I had planned to stay longer.
There is nothing not to like about the Inn.
Loved the quiet setting and enjoyed the beautiful flower gardens!
Beautiful setting, great breakfast, comfortable rooms
Was a perfect place st stay before and after our wedding. Food was great, setting breathtaking, comfort was amazing! Will defiantly come back!
The owners are very welcoming along with the beautiful home and grounds.
Beautiful setting. Wonderful homey feel.
Everything. Lovely grounds, beautiful interior decorations, sheets super nice feeling and great to sleep on. all the little thoughtful items to make you feel comfortable. Rocking chairs on the front porch and the Mother that offered the wine . Take out breakfast in a bag as we had to leave very early . Most thoughtful.
The owners were wonderful. This place is amazing. We had everything we needed and more. Tina was great, breakfast fantastic.
Friendly and attentive staff who gave us brief history of Bybee and tour of facilities. Comfortable, spacious and "shiny" clean accommodations. We will return!
great breakfast, super friendly people .
Not a complaint, but would have loved to have a king bed option available.
we've stayed at many beautiful b and b's..but this sets a new standard. beautiful anytime but christmas decorations were over the top. owners are kind, creative and hard working. delayed our long drive home for one more breakfast, excellent.
The historic home was breathtaking. It was so relaxing there and the hosts were warm and welcoming. It was like going back in time. My hubby and I loved it and are going back as soon as possible.
