Comfort Inn Boston  

This hotel is good. It is not in main town, but they have very good free of charge small bus connection to the subway station. There are only 3- 4? stations to midtown, to the most interesting places in town.

That is was outside the bombing area.

The ad on booking & at the hotel are misleading purposely. There is no free parking, free wi-fi, etc. you should not fool customers in thinking that this is the case. When we checked in the price of the hotel was a lot more because they charged for all of these things daily. I want a refund for this the 5 day stay was already expensive, its false advertising! The breakfast is nasty. There was no help to bring suitcases to the room we had a broken cart to wheel our items up and struggled to get upstairs. Broken elevator & a sleeping random guy in lobby when we arrived. It was shady. Change your advertising and please refund us for the parking and wi-fi daily fee since you said it was free. Also the wi-fi didn't work well. We still used our own 3g since it kept disconnecting. I expect a lot more from comfort. The place was falling apart. We also didn't have the fridge ready when we arrived even tho we requested. The room was poorly organized, we had to re-arrange furniture to make room. The chair was also broken. Very old looking.

Attentive staff, decent breakfast.

Somewhat run-down appearance, tiny parking lot, overpriced for amenities and location, lackluster fitness center.

liked that the staff was very willing to help us find our way around the city. also LOVED the fact that the hotel had a bus that went too and from the T station and then would pick you up after 11 at the T station if you called them.

the guy across the hall from me was smoking pot in his room. I'm very allergic to pot and found it rude. HOWEVER, the staff acted very fast and removed the guest and pot from the property.

Competent and helpful staff.

A bit out of the way...but good neighborhood facilities and local restaurant.

I love the location and I found it very private and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Well breakfast could of being better but overalll I would stay there again.

Shuttle service to/from airport and to/from subway. That's the main reason we chose this location. Also, location to two restaurants.

Breakfast runs from 0600 - 10. The staff start clearing the food away at 10 irrespective of the customers. I thought this was just downright rude.

Closeness to Logan airport and free breakfast

I did like nothing about it.

Very noisy place due to the railway .. Worst breakfast ever .. Eleveators are dying .. Does not match the value i paid for .. Totally a nightmare

easy access to boston by blue line only ten mins and shuttle bus leaves you there,food and drink in bar was excellent

the skinny barman with an effort of a beard who ignores most customers unless you are a good looking girl

horrible location. listing says Boston but it was no in walking distance of anything in Boston. I do not know where it was actually located. Not near T or any sight seeing. If you do not have a car not a good place to stay and if you do have a car hope you have a GPS to find the place.

It was expensive! It is not "in" Boston, and paying $232 with taxes is a lot for bare minimum accommodations, not over friendly staff, and still having to travel into the city

Good selection in vending machines.

Your hotel should not be listed as a hotel that is close to Fenway. Nautical miles and driving in Boston miles are 2 different things. We paid 170 for a dirty room and paid 65 in taxi fees to get us to the stadium. I will never stay at this hotel again and I recommend you guys remove the "close to Fenway" part of your site because it isn't true.

Its price and location

There was a problem gaining access to our room. The key machine was faulty, and we had to constantly go down to reception to try and resolve it. We were kept waiting for 30 minutes. When we returned to the hotel after dinner we also experienced the same problem and the receptionist was less then helpful.

Nice breakfast buffet, free shuttle service to unterground (5 Minutes to drive), quick in centre, nice rooms

Since we reserved a double room, the staff at Comfort Inn send us to the Ramada Inn next door. Which was ok for short stay. Free breakfast was nice.

The free breakfast could have been better. There was only one toaster and it didnt work right. The eggs seemed like they were frozen. Need more toasters (that work right) and fresh eggs.

the plug in the bath didn't work so I had to take a shower when I really wanted a soak. If guests aren't meant to take a bath, the plugs should be removed altogether

Value for money only and satisfies a travellers basic needs. Nothing more. Equipment in the breakfast romm were malfunctioning. The toasters, cereal dispensers, waffle makers and a few others need immediate replacement.

Reasonable price. Nothing more.
