The shuttle service to the metro and airport! Good breakfast! Close to a dunkin doughnuts, subway and a grocery store!
The train passes by the window waking you up every 20 minutes !

Breakfast is not so great
Everything was perfect. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist (Orlando), the room was spacious, very clean and well decorated, breakfast was good and the room where it was served had plenty of chairs/tables, the laundry room came in handy and the shuttle to/from the subway worked very well for us.
If you are a light sleeper, you may have a problem with the sound of trains passing every 15 minutes. It did not bother us at all.

I was in Boston for Obesity week. The hotel is close to Boston Convention Center and they have a free shuttle service. Free transfer too from an to Logan airport. Very friendly staff. Less breakfast everything was perfect
The service was very good & staff were helpful & friendly. The 24 hour front desk was important for me being a woman travelling alone at night, so it was nice just being able to walk in & not have to fumble with keys on a dark street in unfamiliar surroundings. My room was spacious & clean, and the free wi-fi worked well. The free shuttle was also greatly appreciated & worked fine for me. They got me to the hotel in time for the concert I was attending that day & got me to the airport at 4am with plenty of time to spare. I would stay here again. The shuttle staff were also very friendly, especially the first guy who was more like a tour guide than a shuttle driver! :)
The only downsides to this hotel are the out of the way location & the fact they don't have a restaurant. While they did have complimentary breakfast, it didn't start until after I had to leave for the airport. Would've been nice if they had late night dining at least.
Shuttle to train to enable getting into city without having to drive. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The stuff who I forgot his name, but I'm check-in at around 4:20p.m. Oct 25th. He is helpful and kindly to show me on the map for the scenic spot in Boston. Also the shuttle bus's driver, they are very nice and polite. Breakfast was nice too.
The towels in the bathroom are all a bit old and became off white color!

Your location has got to be the WORST. Hasn't management figured out there is a subway AND commuter train 5 0 feet from the back wall ????--LOUD NOISE the last train was at 1.35am. and started at 6 am . I paid a premium$ & got NO SLEEP. NEVER AGAIN
Nice hotel, clean, modern, decent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Included shuttle to Logan airport and to the BMTA station every 30 minutes. Location is south out of town, looks like to stay in a similar hotel downtown would be 2 - 3 times as much, so good value, BMTA is a breeze to use and cheap $5.50 round trip from JFK station by hotel.
Nothing not to like.
Location was excellent for a first time visitor to Boston. Front desk team extremely professional, extended our stay by one night without any issues. Our request for a quite room was honoured, laundry facilities excellent. Cannot fault, my wife and I have stayed in Hiltons, Marriott, Hampton Inn's and Holiday Express this vacation, Comfort Inn Boston is right up there with them. Thanks guys at Comfort Inn Boston.
had a security issue manager was not available to talk to me and later was still not available and eventually when she did speake to me it was over the phone it was not one to one and I was not invited to her office to speak about the problem. manager promised to look into the matter and to get back to me but she never did I am not impressed.

The subway cars run right behind the facility. It was pretty noisy until midnight or so. Neighbors were noisy too.
shutlle was overcrowded at 5 AM. Waited for a second shuttle and missed my flight. Don't go near this place or its neighbor Ramada.

Free parking! Like coupons for Phillip's Candy Shop around the corner & Freeport Tavern for evening drinks & brunch. They were within walking distance.
The smell in the hallway (musty) & sound of the train outside our window, but it was muffled. It did not bother my sleep.
Restaurant not in or next to hotel, no pool, no bowling alley as seen on website. All these distance away (not good if you have any walking disabilities). Phone didn't work and wasn't fixed as asked, lamp didn't work. Breakfast opened late
Rooms were clean, no smells. Plenty of toiletries Towels, etc. room size was very nice. We had Rolanda who took care of our room and she was super great. The free shuttle into Boston was awesome!
The doors are loud when folks enter or leave their rooms. It was hot during our stay and no air conditioning in hallways.
In 25 years of going to Europe and staying in boston .I have never waited for a shuttle for 3 hours and never got pick up and waited and waited on my feet .everytime I call either someone didn't answer phone or if they did they say driver almost there .I even asked a shuttle driver that was talking to another driver if he new when the comfort inn shuttle would come he said he didn't known , that same men was at comfort inn when I arrived there with a taxi apparently he worked there and told me it wasn't his shuttle ,at the time I was very angry he lie to me . It's more than avious there is no leadership there .everyone does whatever they want . I personally will never stay there again ,that was very unprofessional of comfort inn to make me think they were coming when they had no intention . Those driver should get fire since all they like to do is talk not pick up people
