Our pick up at the airport was very prompt, and the room and stay were very good for the money we spent. A very nice motel. |

Easy access for shopping. Near the Airport which is why we will stay here in January and get the shuttle services. We didn't like the long hallways. The beds were just okay. Nothing very plush. |

Wake up callwas very prompt as was the shuttle. The driver was very helpful. Signage for the breakfast location is too small; it was a nice breakfast when we located it. :-) |

This hotel is easy to get to right off Interstate 494 in Bloomington, if you are shopping at the Mall of America you are literally next door to the mall, this hotel is also close to the airport. Hotel staff was friendly, check-in was quick and the rooms were clean and comfortable. |

We like that it was close to the Mall of America and the VA Medical Center and the Airport. The beds really werent the best and when we got to the hotel the remote didnt work. |

nice comfortable hotel, good facilities as restaurant and swimming pool. rooms were nice and big. breakfast was simple on paper plates and plastic knives and spoones. very poor compared to the rest of the hotel/ service of the hotel. staff could be more interested and generous to the guests. |
