Centrálně uložen. Personál přijemný, čistota, lednička, TV, safe, přístup pro vozíčkaře i když jen s asistencí.

Snídaně neočekaně jednoduché, ale je to "kontinentálněů a že Američani jí a pjí z papíru, s tím se musíme směřit.

I liked how the hotel was a "Comfort Inn" but still had character, especially since the hotel is located in the city. The room was very clean and had all you needed.

The breakfast area was kind of small but still functional. And the elevators were very slow (they only have one main one in the hotel). Not big complaints but just things I noticed.

The staff was very helpful, our room was spotless (and, for New York, relatively spacious), and they brought everything we needed without our having to ask for it. The location was also very convenient.

The location, the friendliness of the staff on our arrival, the pleasant breakfast the next morning.

Well, shouldn't a room be cleaned by the staff before 5 pm? We were up and out early and then returned to our room at 5, exhausted (but in need of rest before an 8 pm play). We were surprised that no one had replaced the towels, made the beds, etc. We called the desk, and they said, "They're working on it..." and indeed, within a half hour they came up. But at that point who wants a housekeeping staff person hanging out in the room with them? So we just asked her to replace the towels and leave.

Great location. Like the neighborhood and the ease of getting to other parts of town.

Tiny rooms, poor circulation. Moldy bathrooms. Every one in iour party had immediate allergy attacks

Not being able to check in early, as opposed to our experience at the Comfort Inn in Washington and our hotel in Boston

Luggage stored without a problem. Pleasant staff.

Second day, room not cleaned until 3:40 and that was because we insisted. Room too small, we shared a suite with 2 bedrooms and only one bath. Too small and only 2 chairs, no place to sit. Bathroom musty.

A reasonably spacious room, for New York. Convenient location. Relatively quiet. An adequate breakfast (for a continental breakfast, that is).

Breakfast room got crowded at times. No guest laundry. A challenging toilet roll holder location.
