Værelsets indretning. Gode senge. Morgemaden var rædselsfuld og vi skulle selv forberede den i et køkken. Så enten bedre morgenmad eller slet ingen. |

The Hotel is placed very good in NY. Just 100 m from Madison Square Park, and very close to several subway-lines. We slept well in a quiet room, and we had our own bathroom. The breakfast was ok, but very standard. With 5 nights at the hotel, it got a little boring. Also we asked to borrow an adapter/converter for the electricity, but the hotel did not have these. I would suggest the hotel to have some to lend out. |

Beliggenhed og rent. Især morgenmads rest. Er katastrofal. Pga. Indretning, pladsmangel, snavset samt extremt dårlig service minded personale. |

Fint hotel. Tæt på mange spændende steder for både turister og indkøb - man kan gå til det hele. Jeg vil ikke betænke mig på at komme tilbage! Der er lige lovligt trangt til morgenmaden, så et lidt større lokale vil være fint; men det gik endda. |

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its location, otherwise it's a miserable place to stay. There is nothing comfortable about the hotel. My wife got bitten by an insect, and she's been itching since. We've been wondering what this might be, and my wife has to see a doctor to find out if she is infected. The rooms are small, and dirty. There does not seem to be any order in the cleaning of the rooms. Looks like some rooms get cleaned early in the morning, and others get cleaned very late afternoon and early the evening. To the extent that one room can be cleaned at 9.00am, and the very room next door gets cleaned at 6.00pm. There is much that can be done, beginning with the cleaning of the rooms. Otherwise, I recommend a major renovation of the entire hotel. |

I liked how the hotel was a "Comfort Inn" but still had character, especially since the hotel is located in the city. The room was very clean and had all you needed. The breakfast area was kind of small but still functional. And the elevators were very slow (they only have one main one in the hotel). Not big complaints but just things I noticed. |

The staff was very helpful, our room was spotless (and, for New York, relatively spacious), and they brought everything we needed without our having to ask for it. The location was also very convenient. |

The breakfast buffet was good it was in a great location times sq easily walkable along with shops all along 5th althoufgh dont walk up 6th from the hotel that seemed abit dodge. The bed was very comfy I thought the room was small for the money you pay and some of the staff on the front desk were a little miserable |

The location, the friendliness of the staff on our arrival, the pleasant breakfast the next morning. Well, shouldn't a room be cleaned by the staff before 5 pm? We were up and out early and then returned to our room at 5, exhausted (but in need of rest before an 8 pm play). We were surprised that no one had replaced the towels, made the beds, etc. We called the desk, and they said, "They're working on it..." and indeed, within a half hour they came up. But at that point who wants a housekeeping staff person hanging out in the room with them? So we just asked her to replace the towels and leave. |

Great location. Like the neighborhood and the ease of getting to other parts of town. Tiny rooms, poor circulation. Moldy bathrooms. Every one in iour party had immediate allergy attacks |

Smooth procedure for check-in och check-out. The personell was very nice and helpful regarding sightseeing questions, addresses etc. Breakfast OK and a + to the fresh fruit available. Rooms were clean. Width of bed sizes was good, but the beds felt short in length, despite my daugher and myself are not too long, 1,70 cm. What about people over 1,80 cm length? |

Luggage stored without a problem. Pleasant staff. Second day, room not cleaned until 3:40 and that was because we insisted. Room too small, we shared a suite with 2 bedrooms and only one bath. Too small and only 2 chairs, no place to sit. Bathroom musty. |

Hotel had been recently renovated, so room was fresh and clean. Check in was quick and easy. No hot water out for tea when I went to the table in the afternoon. |

A reasonably spacious room, for New York. Convenient location. Relatively quiet. An adequate breakfast (for a continental breakfast, that is). Breakfast room got crowded at times. No guest laundry. A challenging toilet roll holder location. |

The room was good; all necessaties were available. Clean as well. Breakfast was allright too Tip: put a note saying that if you want new towels, to leave the dirty ones on the floor; now every day all towels were replaced. |
