Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen. Plussat mukavasta king-size sängystä. Aamiainen olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi, mutta kyllä niillä bageleilla ja kahvilla pärjäsi hyvin lounaaseen asti. |

Aamiainen hyvä, huone pieni, kompakti, silitysrauta , jääkaappi,hiustenkuivain, kahvinkeitin plussaa, tosin varmasti tuntui hinnassa.Siivous toimi. Sivuston info piti paikkansa. Ilman lämmitystä huone kylmä, kun lämmitys päällä, se piti kovaa ääntä. Suomalainen ei ehkä tottunut k.o. systeemiin. |

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja aamiainen ihan kätevä, ettei tarvinnut heti lähteä kadulle aamiaisen hakuun. Huoneet oli tosi kylmät ja lämmitintä täytyi huudattaa aina kun oli sisällä. Mutta se oli myös hauskan 'eksoottista'. |

Hotelli oli hyvin rauhallinen, mikä sopi erityisesti pienen lapsen (8 kk) kanssa matkustamiseen. Pinnasängystä ei tarvinnut maksaa extraa. Mannermainen aamiainen oli melko amerikkalainen muffinseineen ja bageleineen. Juustoa ja jotain tuoretta olisi kaivattu. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin aina kertakäyttöastioilta. Todennäköisesti astioille ei olisi ollut pesutiloja, mutta roskan määrä kauhistutti silti. |

Location / price of the hotel is good. Breakfast is presented simple but it is OK! Rooms are small but good! Room was small but i heard that everywhere in Manhattan the rooms are small! |

The view of the Empire State Building. Excelent location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Free coffee and tea. Good rates. Breakfast very poor. It's common that several itens run out, after 09.30 am, and are not replaced. Worst breakfast ever. |

Location, especially if you like vintage/antique shopping and a fun, urban vibe in the neighborhood but still a pretty quiet hotel. Room had 3 beds, which worked well for our party of four adults. Free wifi. We heard no traffic at all in our back-side room 409, though hallway noise was a bit noticeable. Third bed was a king that was too big for the small room it was in; one person had to scoot out of the bed which was only seven inches from the wall, and the bathroom door grazed the bed when you opened it on the other side. |

Having a Business Center at this hotel really helped me out of a jam. The front desk staff at both check-in and check- out were very helpful. Especially the check-in staff which allowed me to check-in 45 minutes early because the house keeping staff had my room ready. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The price was so-so. Change late check out time and get friendlier/more attentive staff. I was only given an extra 30 min!!! |

Easy to book, good location for us, generally helpful staff, lovely old building with good conservation of ceilings etc, fridge was very useful as was the safe. Breakfast served in disposable utensils and lots of waste plastic from jam, butter etc - an environmental nightmare as we are concerned about the future - you could have a selfserve dishwasher and save $ and the environment.Staff were not able to help us get taxi pickup as my husband had a badly sprained ankle. |
