le personnel très accueillant et disponible, la qualité de la chambre (la 1004) est excellente et calme , grand confort qualité du petit dejeuner : nourriture industrielle . Les tarifs restent élevés ce qui limite la durée du séjour ou les séjours plus fréquents |

situation de l'hotel dans new york à 20 mns à pied de times square ce qui permet de découvrir la ville et situé danxs le milieu du sud le problème est la "chaufferie" dans l'interieur de la cour mais aprés vu la hauteur le bruit se dimùinue . il n'a pas été possible de changer de chambre mais le personnel nous adit que la rue cela est pareil . |

The young man who worked at the breakfast room was very helpful at answering questions about the city and places we wanted to go. He ordered our transportation to the airport as well. When we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room because the room we were given smellled of smoke and we requested a non-smoking room. They were very fast and happy to accomodate us. Maybe the slow elevator. The room took a long time to heat up. |
