The young man who worked at the breakfast room was very helpful at answering questions about the city and places we wanted to go. He ordered our transportation to the airport as well. When we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room because the room we were given smellled of smoke and we requested a non-smoking room. They were very fast and happy to accomodate us.

Maybe the slow elevator. The room took a long time to heat up.

central location to our destinations

the bathroom shower curtain had a mildewy smell but otherwise a very clean room

Clean rooms, breakfast ok and included in room prices, nice view towards Empire State Building from our room.

The rooms were quite narrow, especially the bathroom.

The location was great for getting around the city.

Some people working there weren't particularly helpful or friendly, Others were. Thought it was overpriced for accomodations, yes I know it is NYC but really...

The remote for the TV did not work. The two lights above the bed did not work. The bath tub was slippery. My boys almost feel several times. Other than these things. Everything was good. Thank you

guter Lage, sehr gute Betten, immer sauber

nicht in Ihrer Hotelinformation enthatlen, dass kostenloses BreitbandInternet vorhanden ist. Warum dann aber für den hoteleigenden PC Zugang soviel verlangt ist nicht verständlich (5 Min 2USD - das ist doppelt soviel wie überall außerhalb des Hotels)
