Comfort Inn Chelsea

部屋のキングサイズ・ベッドは夫と二人でも十分に寝返りがうてるくらいの広さ。寝心地もよかったので旅の疲- れがとれた。バスタブはなかったがシャワーブースは広く、バスルームも使い心地はよかった。地下鉄「23r- d」の駅から近く、どこへ行くにも便利。私たちは、北はセントラルパーク、南はサウスフェリー、グラウンド- ゼロの範囲を観光したが、ちょうど真ん中くらいにあるので便利だった。チェックアウトしてから出発まで時間- があり、荷物を預かってもらったが、鍵のかかる部屋に荷物を入れて、交換用の荷札をくれたので、セキュリテ- ィは問題なかった。

５階の部屋は建物の裏側だったので、眺めは期待できない。朝食の部屋が時間帯によっては混んでいて、すぐに- 席がとれないことがある。隣の部屋と一体で使うことがあるようで、ドア１枚で隔たっており、若干音がきにな- った。

観光するには充分のホテルです。２年連続、滞在しました。

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its location, otherwise it's a miserable place to stay. There is nothing comfortable about the hotel. My wife got bitten by an insect, and she's been itching since. We've been wondering what this might be, and my wife has to see a doctor to find out if she is infected. The rooms are small, and dirty. There does not seem to be any order in the cleaning of the rooms. Looks like some rooms get cleaned early in the morning, and others get cleaned very late afternoon and early the evening. To the extent that one room can be cleaned at 9.00am, and the very room next door gets cleaned at 6.00pm.

There is much that can be done, beginning with the cleaning of the rooms. Otherwise, I recommend a major renovation of the entire hotel.

Rooms were a good size and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice surprise.

Breakfast was crowded and lacking in food items at 9:30am

The breakfast buffet was good it was in a great location times sq easily walkable along with shops all along 5th althoufgh dont walk up 6th from the hotel that seemed abit dodge. The bed was very comfy

I thought the room was small for the money you pay and some of the staff on the front desk were a little miserable

Our toilet was malfunctioning and they had to come up twice before the problem was corrected but they did respond quickly

Good location and value for money

Smooth procedure for check-in och check-out. The personell was very nice and helpful regarding sightseeing questions, addresses etc. Breakfast OK and a + to the fresh fruit available. Rooms were clean.

Width of bed sizes was good, but the beds felt short in length, despite my daugher and myself are not too long, 1,70 cm. What about people over 1,80 cm length?

Hotel had been recently renovated, so room was fresh and clean. Check in was quick and easy.

No hot water out for tea when I went to the table in the afternoon.

The room was good; all necessaties were available. Clean as well. Breakfast was allright too

Tip: put a note saying that if you want new towels, to leave the dirty ones on the floor; now every day all towels were replaced.

good location good price if you book in advance. close to main attractions.
