The young man who worked at the breakfast room was very helpful at answering questions about the city and places we wanted to go. He ordered our transportation to the airport as well. When we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room because the room we were given smellled of smoke and we requested a non-smoking room. They were very fast and happy to accomodate us. Maybe the slow elevator. The room took a long time to heat up. |

The location was great for getting around the city. Some people working there weren't particularly helpful or friendly, Others were. Thought it was overpriced for accomodations, yes I know it is NYC but really... |
