The room is small but comfortable, it is always quiet and clean. The only drawback is the desk is small and not all that comfortable. The location is great, just up the street from the grocery store. |

Central location, great parking deal at $25 a day with in/out privileges, complimentary breakfast, 24h complimentary hot beverages. Breakfast can improve: no scrambled eggs. |

Parking beside the hotel entrance. You need to get a RFID module at the desk, but it works realy well. Location is convenient to walk everwhere. The hotel could do with a make over. It's not dirty but just very outdated. (at least the room I was in). |

Very comfortable bed, great shower and great location. The limitation of wireless Internet to the lobby meaning PDA/iPhone users couldnot access it in their rooms. Also tv picture and sound quality awful on some channels including $16:99 paid for movie! |

I was really upset about the whirlpool. The reason we chose to stay at this particular hotel is because there was a whirlpool. When we arrived the front desk told us that the whirlpool and fitness was on the lower level and failed to mention the whirlpool was broken. We went down in our suits to find it was out of order. The desk knew that and chose to tell us where a broken amentity was located. When we asked when it would be working without moving the woman at the front desk said she had checked for us and they didn't know anything. I would like to know how someone can check without making a phone call or moving from their location. We chose this because it was Valentine's Day and we were not pleased with the service or lack of whirlpool. |

It was so close to everything, very accessible, very close to union station so when we arrived it only took five mins by taxi to get to our hotel. Not really, it was very clean, very nice, the room was great for the price and I had a great time, as did my boyfriend. |

Everything! What a great place to stay, in a good location, with nice amenities. The continental breakfast was great, but I was disappointed to see so much plastic and styrofoam being used and then thrown away. A more earth-friendly awareness would have been appreciated, with either recycling or eco-friendly plates and cups and utensils. |

Well located. Safe area. More than acceptable room. Easy. Nearby big drugstore. What do you need more? A jacuzzi? Go to the Plaza then ! breakfast would be a nice improve |

A good 3-star hotel. Rooms aren't fancy, but they are newly redone and spotless. They are very small and the beds are also small, I think the bed in my room was a full. But they're comfortable. And the free wi-fi and continental breakfast were good as well. Overall a very good value, I would go back. The beds are small, which was not a problem for me but might be for others. |

The staff was very helpful, the location was prime and parking was free. We got our money's worth and then some. We paid far less than we could have imagined, and the staff was great. |
