the attitude of the severcer is bad. We booked the queen size bed, but the actual size is only full size. We talked to the worker, but they did not accept our disagree, and keep saying that's queen size, but i'm sure it's not. |

Location was great, and they only charged per 24-hour period for parking as opposed to number of days. Our room was next to the ice machine, and elevator, so it was noisy at times. Room was very small and the view out the window was of gray brick wall. Had to call front desk a 2:30 pm to make sure they serviced the room that day. |

Location is excelent. Near restaurants and shops. Walking distance from attraction sites. Clean and easy Room too small. Window on the 12th floor look at a parking building. No view at all. Room too dark. |

The hotel was worn around the edges...carpets, fixtures, etc. The room looked out on a wall, three feet away. The room was small, and the closet was inconvenient. |

Close enough to State Street shopping, but far enough away to enjoy quiet at night. Very capable staff, extremely professional. |

Convenient location downtown Chicago; close to shopping and attractions Worst room I have ever stayed at in Chicago; small, dark, cramped, ugly, smelly |

They were extremely accommodating. I ran in the marathon and they were very understanding and even made special arrangements for an earlier breakfast for the runners. |

easy to get to. My room was the size of a broom closet. I was not happy with that at all. My teenage son said it gave him the creeps and begged me to let him stay somewhere else on our second night. |

The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean. Room was pretty small and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. |

Location Staff at front desk should be more friendly and customer oriented. Housekeeping and Maintenance were excellent, though. |

The location is great. Easy access to everything. The parking situation is quite sad and the prices are off the top. $20 for a late checkout was dissapointing. |

Great location, good breakfast, very handy to have internet available free of charge in lobby. Did not like being charged more than the actual account amount and not being refunded on departure!!! |

Excellent situation, clean and comfortable room. The Internet access provided in the room is good. There is also a washing machine and a dryer available for guests - very useful. My credit card account was debited immediately after my reservation (2 months before my stay) and I could not have cancelled my reservation if I had wanted to. This aspect was not clearly mentionned when I made the reservation. |

Location was great. close to my destination..Navy Pier also great breakfast Because this is a reto fitted modern hotel in a very old biulding, my window was facing another brick building. Not much natural light so I felt I was wasting electricity. |

Perfect location in the center. good for us as tourists.(We booked a queen bedroom) we recieved a two-beds for handicaped suite w. large bathroom - which was nice. The shower was changed to hand shower head - which my wife liked - but in a clumsy way ( couldn't use the wall hanger). It was useful to have the local phones and computer use (+printer) free of charge. breakfast was nice & rich. No shelves in bathroom to put our things.Doors of television cupboard in sitting room don't open wide enough. Couch must be renovated. |
