The only thing I liked was the location

The rooms were pretty old. It reminded me of the 80's or early 90's. The value for the money paid is very low. They stop serving breakfast at 9:30 am. I would never stay at this hotel again and of course will not recommend that anyone stay there.

Room ac wasn't working. Told front desk. Response was it would be fixed. Was told there were no other rooms available. 4 hours later, still not working. Told front desk I was checking out and wanted my credit card torn up. There was another room available, right next door to my room. How amazing. Initial response was obviously not true.

The accommodations were perfect for our needs. We stayed over a Saturday night. The hotel is close to everything in the city. You can walk to shops, restaurants, night clubs etc. The rooms are small, but adequate for short stays. The hotel is clean and in good repair. Breakfast is complimentary and has an amply variety. When you compare the prices of the other hotels in Chicago, Comfort Inn was a great choice.

Location, friendly and helpful staff

Plastic knives and forks. Having wireless internet in the room would be better as you can connect iPad on cable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good for seeing the central city area. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent and parking was cheap by Chicago standards. Parking was self- park with in and out priviledges. Many good restaurants nearby. Motel was clean and in good repair. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were small and there was essentially no view, a brick wall or parking garage. A suite would b e better. However, we spent little time in the room so it was not a problem.

Your staff is incompetent and arrogant. They messed up even my airport- express booking to the airport. I booked while I cleared my bill and and left the luggage to be collected in the evening on way to the airport. After waiting quite a while for the airport-express, when called to check they said the ride was booked for tomorrow. It is unbelievable that such a simple task was messed up by your staff. It was a lady who was not only impolite in answering the questions, but also messed up the booking. It is a disgusting experience.

Nothing. One gets the impression that it is just greed that is the basis of running this hotel. It appears that this is one of the factors that is affecting the quality of the staff selected.

Ease of access to everything and everywhere...food, entertainment, etc..

I'm. Very allergic to feathers...our pillows were feathers..I got severe hives on half my body. :(

The staff was very, very friendly, but not that good informed about restaurants and bars around the hotel. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel has a hot tube and sauna in the basement - nothing exiting but it was both working and very clean again. It is nice to relax a little after a long sightseeing day in the cold 'windy' city. Furthermore, the location is great: only 2 blocks from Michigan avenue and 1 block to the metro station. Top!

The breakfast is very simple but ok for American standard.

Buffet breakfast very good, clean, nice decor, loved the hot tub!

On top of parking charge for two days, we were charged extra $10 for parking a couple of hours after the 11 am check out even though arrival two days earlier was after 6 pm so total stay was less than 48 hours

Efficient staff, Included breakfast, central situation in winter time, easy transfer to ORD airport.

Plastic use of breakfast cups and plates but that is correct due to advantageous fare !

The staff was very professional. My room was very clean and had a great view of chicago. Hotel is close to many attractions. I will stay at hotel again.

The room was nice and clean. The service was excellent as well.

The only minus was the breakfast which was too American for a Finnish person (muffins, waffles, white bread etc.). And the omelettes and some beef thing were processed food and tasted disgusting.
