場所は、本当にいいところにあります。一人旅にはもってこいです。また、二人旅行でも、安くしたければ、それはそれで満足と思います。 朝食があるけれど、どこか他の場所で食べたほうがいいと思いました。 |

スタッフの対応が良かったです。トラブルで電気がつかなくなったときも、迅速に部屋を交換してくれました。 朝食がもう少しバリエーションにとんでいるとよい。連泊すると飽きてきます。 |

ホテルの前方にはCTAのバス停、後方には同地下鉄レッドライン駅という抜群のロケーション。部屋の広さ、清潔さにも満足、これで低料金、何も言うことはありません。無料の朝食はまるまる得したって感じです。 |

立地場所は観光にもショッピングにも適しています。 チェックインの際、名前が宿泊リストにないとのこと。WinterSpecialで全額前払いキャンセル不可にもわらず・・・・？10分ぐらい待ってやっとチェックインできたのですが、ちょっと驚きました。 |

Michigan Av.に近く良い立地。スタッフはフレンドリーで、こちらのリクエストにきちんと応えてくれる。部屋は清潔で、アイロンやドライヤーなどの備品も揃っている(冷蔵庫は備え付けられていなかった)。価格が少々高いが、他ホテルの相場を考えると適正なレベル。 朝食が、パン(カップケーキ)、ワッフル、ゆで卵のみ。スクランブルエッグやベーコン類、サラダ等は無い。 |

ロケーションの良さや、ホテルスタッフの対応など、料金的にみて適切な印象を持ちました。バスルームも清潔で、女性でも安心して利用できると思います。朝食付きも嬉しいですし、自分で熱々のワッフルなども簡単に調理で、シロップをたっぷりかけていただきました。とっても美味しかったです。また、コーヒーは、24時間いつでも飲めます。また、地下鉄"Red Line"のGrand駅が、徒歩1分ぐらいの圏内です。 |

The hotel room was clean. I enjoyed the suite because my children could play/watch T.V. in the other room. It was within a short walking distance to all the Chicago spots that we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the free continental breakfast. There were many breakfast items to choose from. |

The breakfast was good! The parking was cheaper than the garage so that was nice. It was hot in our room and on our floor. I felt it smelled like smoke the whole time we were there. The rooms are very small. |

very good, frendly people and good experience, hotel was fine,but I didnot understand for the payment manner.It was given directly by viza card but in policy was that you will pay when you go there to the hotel. |

Nicely located in downton chicago. Close to major points of interest that are within walking distance. Staff was nice and helpful From my room at the 13th floor (!) I could barely see the ski, but I had a fantastic view of the next building.. It is important not to make international phone call: I payed 115 us dollars for 2 short (11 and 12 minutes) call to Italy |

Close to downtown. Having to pay for parking - but this was the case with most any of the Chicago hotels as parking is tight. At least the garage was adjacent to the hotel. |

The hotel has an excellent location which puts one in walking distance to many beautiful places and gorgeous sights in downtown Chicago. Highly recommended to everyone who is not traveling on an extremely tight budget. |
