Location. Concierges were very helpful. Having to eat breakfast with plastic utensils yet they have money for a gym and sauna etc which nobody used. Took bags to rooms for some people but not others. Level of service by staff was not the best. |

Excellent location The word "Deluxe" is an illusion. The room is too small to accommodate two persons with luggages and there is no fridge. The rate is too high for this room. |

Nice neighborhood, could hardly be closer to the downtown area. Friendly staff, comfortable but small rooms. Great Whirlpool! Little expensive. Rooms are a little small, but the location makes up for that. |
