Room was very spacious. Bathroom and shower were very clean and well stocked. Geat variety of Breakfast items to choose from, and Staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.
The bed and room were comfortable and clean. There were no difficulties in reaching the room, adjusting the temperature, or space for two people.
The price was too much for me, but probably the best ratio of quality/location for the money. Checked in on a Tuesday afternoon and waited half an hour in the lobby before the single employee was done with a reservation by phone. The internet shouldn't be legally advertised, because it was non-working.
The staff very friendly! Free breakfast Very comfortable!
Very little counter space at sink
I'm a very generous/caring person, but, I couldn't eat breakfast because of the odor from a homeless man washing himself and drinking out of the sink faucet. I retired to my room to eat. Staff said they allow that?
Unfortunately, I had a very noisy neighbors in a room upstairs. I do not hear voices but every step they took. They were walking/running in the middle of the night so I was awaken twice. the sound insulation in the hotel could be much better. that is only reason why I would not visit hotel again. everything else was very good.
Overall the stay was pretty good.
Front desk staff was unprofessional when checking out. Wound up charging our credit card despite me saying I was paying cash. I believe her name was Tracey who worked the front desk. Couldn't get off the phone, was rude to the housekeeping staff, and made the issue seem to be my fault instead of theirs.
The hotel and my room was very clean. Hotel was not new; but was not worn out. The location was close to the mega bus stop and the City Market.
The free breakfast is over at 9AM on weekdays; I overslept.
Had a room which faced parking lot. Asked to move because of noise late at night, (Soft Sleeper). Was moved to a room that still faced parking lot. Woke up again at night. Requested a room on the other side of building, but was not given to us.
Room was big, bedding very nice. Very clean, nice shower. Great breakfast for continental. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cannot be beat for the price if you need to be downtown.
no complaints at all
Breakfast , view, location, cleanliness , few steps to Asian market and food stores
We were in town for a basketball tournament. Hotel was located in close to the Sprint Center. We will definitely be staying there again when he head back for Big 12 tournament.
Very nice staff, very helpful, enough breakfast, not too bad location, good price
Very poor wifi
Free Wi-Fi Great Bed Fenced Parking Lot
location was great, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great!
drunken partiers next door - they were kicked out, but loudness and vulgar language lasted from 9:30pm-2am. Parking was not great. They did not have enough space in the parking lot for those with rooms, we had to park across the street (although a staff member walked with us across the street back to the hotel - I assume for safety reasons)
WiFi worked great. Bed was very comfortable
It was clean and everything was in working order. The breakfast was great.
Location was not the best. The bed was very hard.
Location is not quiet, it feel unsafe. Security guard outside the gate. Hotel dirty, old and unwelcoming.
Noise from room above travelled very easily. Other guest walking around the room is enough to disturb sleep.
within walking distance for my business
crowded breakfast room
Nice rooms, cleanliness
I came for a conference that was held in the Westin Crown Center - this Comfort Inn & Suites was about 20 minutes away from there by bus, or a short cab ride (about $10). The value for the CI&S is great. The hot breakfast was good, as far as hotel breakfasts go, the room was recently renovated and the bed was super comfy. But by far the best part was the front desk staff - they were great! Friendly and always ready to help out with info, recommendations, or calling a cab, etc.
My room was by the stairwell, so it was a little noisy - actually I could hear the TV from next door, too. But it wasn't bad enough to actually disturb my sleep, or else I would have asked the front desk about it. Also, the wireless was pretty slow - maybe because I was in the corner of the building away from a router? Overall, even with the few cons, I recommend staying her.
I think the room and location of hotel was great. Unfortunately I missed breakfast due to oversleeping, but everything else was pretty good.
There was a lot of cleaning going on, the hotel didn't smell the best. Didn't necessarily stink though. However, I believe the carpets had just been cleaned. So it's understandable. I liked the location, just think it was a little high. But the price was kinda of reflected in the location, as it was basically blocks away from Power/Light District.
The hotel was nice, looks like they were doing some cleaning, but overall good stay. Missed breakfast tho.
Wifi signal was terrible. 3G worked faster.
Breakfast is excellent and complet.
