We enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to all the features and sights of downtown Chicago. We especially liked the complimentary chilled, purified water that is dispensed next to the elevators--excellent idea! The room was quite snug, and the view was nonexistent. |

Very accommodating, courteous, and efficient staff. Beautifullly remodelled hotel with nicely fitted exercise room. Filtered water dispensers on each floor a good feature. Above all, excellent location just a few blocks west of the Art Institute and 2 blocks from the Monroe St. "L" station offering service every 12 minutes to and from O'Hare Airport. |

Great location, right in the heart of downtown, within easy walking distance to the Art Institute and Willis Tower. Good value as well. No safes in rooms. No movie channels. Free WiFi is okay, but sometimes extremely slow. |

Security, free water, amenities located in closet on each floor! Need an extra pillow, blanket, coffee, cream, iron?? Just go to the closet and get it! Wonderful idea! It's not that I didn't like it. The rooms were very small, but functionable. Works fine since most of the time you don't really spend that much time in the room. More than two, definitely book the suite. Much larger. |

I loved the Central Loop Hotel, I am very glad i chose to stay there for my first trip to Chicago. The location is close but not too close to downtown and michigan ave, the hotel is very comforting, the staff were great, and my own special treat was the free water bottles for their guests :) I will be staying there when i visit next time. |

Excellent location for my traveling purpose. (Upgraded after fees added)There are mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, queen-size bed, free high speed WiFi, roomcard controled elevator there, and convenient stores around. The room is very satisfactory big in downtown. Was told that can be upgraded (20$ per night added) during promotion. After moving in, surprisingly found that situation of sound insulation of room.822 was bad, just opposite to the main elevator, you can hear EVERYTHING outside the door / in the corridor, from wee hours till late late night. Bothered quite a bit. Shower curtain cannot block off the water and exhaust fan in the bathroom doestn't work, so the floor and mirror are always wet & slippery. |

Excelent location: very close to Monroe subway station (blue line), in a walking distance to all attractions (SkyDeck, Museum columbus). Starbucks at the first floor. Very nice rooms, clean and well designed. Friendly staff. Free Internet access (both WiFi and on hotel's PC), free coffee and tea, free gym. |

All of the staff that we encountered were helpful and the room was lovely and clean. There was two metro stops around the corner and also the Sears/Willis tower. No compaints! |

The front desk was very knowledgeable and willing to help at any time, Even while away from the hotel we were able to call and get advice on restaurants or sites. The Hotel exceeded our expectations. We had absolutely no complaints. All of our needs were met and exceeded. |

The hotel was very convenient. We were taking the train and the hotel was about a quarter mile from the station. The hotel is also close to shopping and many activities in downtown Chicago. It also has free internet connections. |

Location in the Loop is fantastic! Just a few blocks from the Art Institute, Grant Park, and The Mile. Staff were polite, and helpful. Facilities were clean and well appointed. |

Loved it. front desk staff very pleasant and informative about where to eat late at night when we arrived. Their own restaurant was great. It was a great location for college visits and very quiet in the room which helped get a good night's sleep. |

The name Central Loop aptly applies= exciting, easy access to many attractions on foot, turn right on exiting to view the Art Institute & orient your location. Need more internet access. Would be great to print boarding passes in hotel. |
