まずは立地が素晴らしいです。最寄のJackson駅から少し距離がありますが、近くにウォルグリーンもコ- ンビニも本屋もありますし、ファニーメイまであったのでお土産を買うにも便利でした。観劇後、深夜だったせ- いかタクシーが捕まらず、劇場街から歩いて帰ってきましたが、拍子抜けするほど近かったです。また、スタッ- フもとても親切で、私があまり英語が得意ではないのを見てとると、わざわざエレベータの使い方を実演してく- ださいました。更に後で部屋にも電話を入れて、何か解からない事はないかと気にかけてくださる親切ぶり。い- つもNYCでこちらから頼まない限りは何もしないホテルマンに慣れていたので、あまりの親切さに驚きました- 。 防音がイマイチです。エレベータ・ホールに近い部屋だったので、到着音が聞こえまくりました。もちろん、廊- 下の話し声や隣の部屋の物音も実に良く聞こえます。私は構いませんが、気になさる方は眠れないレベルだと思- います。あと、私の泊まった部屋にはバスタブがなかったです。初めてバスタブなしの部屋に泊まったのでおも- しろかったですが、やはりお風呂といえば湯船に浸かりたいと思う方には不向きだと思います。ただ、これらは- 他の方なら気になるかもな、という話であって、個人的には何の不満もありません。是非また泊まってみたいホ- テルです。 |

チェックインが可能が時刻より1時間以上前（午後2時少し前）に到着したが、問題なくチェックインできた。- 車でホテルに行ったが、車の受け渡しがスムーズで助かった。立地場所がとても良く、市内の散策に便利だった- 。ミネラルウォーターサービスは良かった。 |

スタッフは皆親切でした。部屋に電子レンジがあって、ホテルの向かいにセブンイレブンがあったので、帰りが- 遅くなってもTVディナーが可能なのはある意味安心。シアーズタワー、シカゴ美術館、シカゴ交響楽団は余裕- で徒歩圏内、地下鉄もジャクソンから歩いてほんのわずかなので、オヘアからなら地下鉄でも全く問題ありませ- ん。 ロケーション的に仕方ないですが、金融がいなので夜は人通りがさびしい。レストランやパブ・バーなどが周囲- にあまりない。あってもかなり早く閉まってしまう。私の止まったお部屋は思ったよりも狭かった。マグニフィ- セントマイルなどでのショッピングが主ならば、ロケーション的にもあまりお勧めではない。 |

ホテルのスタッフは滞在中１人を除くと大変親切でとてもフレンドリーでした。各階に飲料用の浄化水が設置さ- れていていつでも必要なときに飲用できてミネラルウオーターを買う手間が省けました。ベッドは快適です。場- 所はループの中で隣にスターバックス、近所にセブンイレブンなどがありとても便利です。 空港行き乗り合いVANなどの手配を手助けしてくれる旅行代理店がホテルにはいっていればさらにホテルが利- 用しやすくなると思います。 |

機械によるオートチェックインで、エレベータにもカードキーを通す必要がある。ＲＳＮＡにて使用したが、近- くのホテルからシャトルバスが始発で出ていたのでとてもよかった。ループ内であれば徒歩でも大丈夫だった。- バスタブが無い。無線ＬＡＮは通信速度が若干遅い。（こんなものかな） |

Very stylish and close to Chicago activities. Liked free bottled water kiosks, adjoining Elephant and Castle pub, friendly staff. Rooms were not entirely soundproof and pipes started clanging in early morning. |

downtown location. decent pub downstairs. the suite description gives the impression that there is a separate bedroom besides the living room. there is not. it's just one room with a double bed and a chair-bed (calling it a sofa is quite a stretch of imagination). |

It was very convenient to the activities we had planned. We found it a perfect area for walking to many activities. The staff was very hospitable. Our room was a little dark. The bathroom was a little rough around sink area. |

Location was good for our trip and it was easy to walk to most attractions or transportation connections. I thought I had reserved a suite with a private bedroom but the room had a bed at one end and no door or even curtain to separate it from the other areas. This caused some privacy issues with my guests. |
