スタッフは皆親切でした。部屋に電子レンジがあって、ホテルの向かいにセブンイレブンがあったので、帰りが遅くなってもTVディナーが可能なのはある意味安心。シアーズタワー、シカゴ美術館、シカゴ交響楽団は余裕で徒歩圏内、地下鉄もジャクソンから歩いてほんのわずかなので、オヘアからなら地下鉄でも全く問題ありません。 ロケーション的に仕方ないですが、金融がいなので夜は人通りがさびしい。レストランやパブ・バーなどが周囲にあまりない。あってもかなり早く閉まってしまう。私の止まったお部屋は思ったよりも狭かった。マグニフィセントマイルなどでのショッピングが主ならば、ロケーション的にもあまりお勧めではない。 |

ホテルのスタッフは滞在中１人を除くと大変親切でとてもフレンドリーでした。各階に飲料用の浄化水が設置されていていつでも必要なときに飲用できてミネラルウオーターを買う手間が省けました。ベッドは快適です。場所はループの中で隣にスターバックス、近所にセブンイレブンなどがありとても便利です。 空港行き乗り合いVANなどの手配を手助けしてくれる旅行代理店がホテルにはいっていればさらにホテルが利用しやすくなると思います。 |

機械によるオートチェックインで、エレベータにもカードキーを通す必要がある。ＲＳＮＡにて使用したが、近くのホテルからシャトルバスが始発で出ていたのでとてもよかった。ループ内であれば徒歩でも大丈夫だった。 バスタブが無い。無線ＬＡＮは通信速度が若干遅い。（こんなものかな） |

Staff at check out very efficient and helpful. Location was perfect - 2 blocks from Union Station I had called ahead to double check the price for the hotel ... and they failed to mention that they secure an extra 150 for "incidentals".. this would have been helpful to know ahead of time... as this is why I was calling ahead.... |

Loved Chicago, really liked the cold drinking water facility and the hotel was clean, friendly plus we had something of a view of the city from our room. We would use it again if we returned and would definitely recommend you. |

I loved the water bottle stations on each floor. The 10th floor rooms were beautifully decorated. Very private, no interruptions. One girl at the front was not very helpful when we asked about nightlife, however there was one man who helped us out a great deal more than once. Overall great stay. |

The valet men were very helpful with directions to anything. The luggage guy was extremely nice and even started small talk in elevator arter helping me. Very nice. The "free" wi-fi was alright. I use my iPhone to do a lot of stuff, and the wi-fi signal wasnt strong enough to find the iPhone. The signal did reach the laptop however. After a half hour of being on net, I was prompted with the hotels net info and rights page... idk. Also, the hotel charges a insurance fee. This isnt stated on the site. |

Well priced centrally located clean, modern Hotel. Helpful staff. Pleasant rooms. Right in the centre of Chicago. Phone number on booking confirmation not Hotel and not manned outside office hours. |

For the price, this was the best value in the Downtown loop area. It was close to many "El" subway stops and overall, I couldn't have been happier with everything. |
