チェックインが可能が時刻より1時間以上前（午後2時少し前）に到着したが、問題なくチェックインできた。- 車でホテルに行ったが、車の受け渡しがスムーズで助かった。立地場所がとても良く、市内の散策に便利だった- 。ミネラルウォーターサービスは良かった。 |

スタッフは皆親切でした。部屋に電子レンジがあって、ホテルの向かいにセブンイレブンがあったので、帰りが- 遅くなってもTVディナーが可能なのはある意味安心。シアーズタワー、シカゴ美術館、シカゴ交響楽団は余裕- で徒歩圏内、地下鉄もジャクソンから歩いてほんのわずかなので、オヘアからなら地下鉄でも全く問題ありませ- ん。 ロケーション的に仕方ないですが、金融がいなので夜は人通りがさびしい。レストランやパブ・バーなどが周囲- にあまりない。あってもかなり早く閉まってしまう。私の止まったお部屋は思ったよりも狭かった。マグニフィ- セントマイルなどでのショッピングが主ならば、ロケーション的にもあまりお勧めではない。 |

ホテルのスタッフは滞在中１人を除くと大変親切でとてもフレンドリーでした。各階に飲料用の浄化水が設置さ- れていていつでも必要なときに飲用できてミネラルウオーターを買う手間が省けました。ベッドは快適です。場- 所はループの中で隣にスターバックス、近所にセブンイレブンなどがありとても便利です。 空港行き乗り合いVANなどの手配を手助けしてくれる旅行代理店がホテルにはいっていればさらにホテルが利- 用しやすくなると思います。 |

機械によるオートチェックインで、エレベータにもカードキーを通す必要がある。ＲＳＮＡにて使用したが、近- くのホテルからシャトルバスが始発で出ていたのでとてもよかった。ループ内であれば徒歩でも大丈夫だった。- バスタブが無い。無線ＬＡＮは通信速度が若干遅い。（こんなものかな） |

downtown location. decent pub downstairs. the suite description gives the impression that there is a separate bedroom besides the living room. there is not. it's just one room with a double bed and a chair-bed (calling it a sofa is quite a stretch of imagination). |

It was very convenient to the activities we had planned. We found it a perfect area for walking to many activities. The staff was very hospitable. Our room was a little dark. The bathroom was a little rough around sink area. |

Location was good for our trip and it was easy to walk to most attractions or transportation connections. I thought I had reserved a suite with a private bedroom but the room had a bed at one end and no door or even curtain to separate it from the other areas. This caused some privacy issues with my guests. |

The location of the hotel was incredibly, we could arrive via subway without any problem. There are many places nearby to eat. Water bottles offered saved us a lot of money and keep us comfortable during our daily walking around. And last but not least we arrived before the check in time and they received us without any problem. We reserved the room for three people and the second "bed" or sofa-bed was really uncomfortable. Also the bathroom didn't have ventilation which it was kind of annoying. |

availability of drinking water, ice and laundry facilities at no extra charge, also waitng area and luggage storage for time before flight for Aussie travellers alone, ability to boil water for tea would be a big selling point! |

Great location, friendly, courteous staff, room was clean and actually much bigger than I anticipated. Overall a great stay. I would stay at the Central Loop again and recommend it to others. |
