The next door bar/restaurant is a bad alternative for a breakfast location. It is not clear that it is not associated with the hotel itself. Also, the entrance is totally open to the outside weather, the lobby is windy and freezing cold at this time of the year.... Those poor receptionists have to wear overcoats to survive in there. |

Very stylish and close to Chicago activities. Liked free bottled water kiosks, adjoining Elephant and Castle pub, friendly staff. Rooms were not entirely soundproof and pipes started clanging in early morning. |

This is a very affordable hotel. Towels were missing on one day and a call to the desk received assurance they would be sent up immediately but they were never received. |

The hotel is in a great location. The room was very large and quiet. Staff was helpful. Cleaning staff obviously did not pay much attention to details while cleaning the room. We found a bra that had been left by a previous guest stuck under one of the couch cushions. |

downtown location. decent pub downstairs. the suite description gives the impression that there is a separate bedroom besides the living room. there is not. it's just one room with a double bed and a chair-bed (calling it a sofa is quite a stretch of imagination). |
