1.在市中心，位置很好。2.附近有几家超市和饭馆，很方便。3.附带厨房。

1.所谓套房只是在房间与厅之间用门框做了一下分隔，完全没有私密性。2.房间有点小，设施有点简陋，装修有点粗糙。

We had a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, at the heart of the financial district. We booked the room for three people, however the bed and sofa bed were comfortable for two, so the hotel provided us with an extra bed free of charge to accommodate the third person. Given the location, comfortability and location in relation to price, it was a great deal.

No negative feedback however we found some candy wrappers scattered around the room when we checked into the room. Maybe a slight comment on cleanliness.

The hotel is conveniently located for a short stay in the city and enabled us to easily see the sights. Extremely good value for money especially with free internet use. Would highly recommend.

The king bed was in fact 2 double beds together

close to subway station, in the middle of the loop, quiet area, complimentary coffee/tea maker in the room

only a minor thing: breakfast (not included, as we knew) was only available at the adjacent pub, I missed buffet continental breakfast, I don't think it would be so hard to arrange

The entire staff from doormen, greeting, baggage and cleaning were extremely friendly.I Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a great hotel for the money. Really excellent value. The location was perfect for me, right in central, downtown Chicago. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and coffee-making machine. The room was small (what do you expect in this location?) but it was sufficient, and I wasn't spending too much time in the room. My neighbour's room was larger and had an armchair but no microwave. The facilities are excellent --- free wifi, which is useful (many hotels charge you a lot). You can print stuff for free, e.g. your boarding cards when flying. And there is an exercise room/gym (but I didn't use that). I hope that they keep the prices low, because the best thing is that you get all this at excellent value. I'll certainly come here again at this price.

Close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants.

Glass panel door on bathroom felt like you had no privacy and the light wakes the person trying to sleep. Look over the bill closely they tried to charge us $15.00 extra for 2nd person. Nowhere on website does it tell you this. We did the the fee dropped but only because we caught it and said something.

This is my 2nd time at Central Loop Hotel. My first experience wasn't that great on my return, I was very surprised at the quality of service I received from staffers. I hope it stays that way! Great price, great location, great customer service! Free wi-fi! Close to everything. Drama- free stay! Highly recommended!
