Very friendly and helpful staff, modern spacious rooms with big comfortable beds, cleanliness of the hotel, very quiet even if close to the airport, free shuttle bus service to the airport and to the nearby big "Mall of America" Nothing important to complain |

- location and cleanliness of hotel, - friendly and helpful staff, - modern and spacious rooms (with big and very comfortable beds, probably the best I have ever had in a hotel worldwide) and very quiet (even if close to the airport), - nice price, - free shuttle bus service to the airport and to the near big "Mall of America" nothing really to complain, however the breakfast buffet could be refilled more quickly if some plates are empty |

Staff was very friendly and had all the conviences that I needed for my stay with my family. Suites are ideal for family of five. I thought the breakfast was overpriced. Should have options for the hotel guests. (Free or pay for buffet). |

Beautiful, modern, spacious rooms. Bed in the first room was ok, but the bed in the second room was super comfortable. Nice to have a little living area with tv and couch, made it feel more comfortable. They had difficulty finding our second booking (which we had done the day that we were checking in, and therefore were hesitant to give us the price that we had agreed to on booking.com |

Loved the room and the beds were very comfortable. Shuttle service was a plus too. Lighting in the rooms, too dark. 1 of the bathroom lights out. Left a note that housekeeping took but it was not fixed. |

We were very favorably impressed by the hotel, particularly the thoughtful layout and decor of the rooms. We weren't there long enough to do much else besides sleep and shower. We wanted a hotel near the airport since we had a very early flight. Next time, ff you had a Cambria Suites on the west / southwest part of town closer to the 169/7 intersection we would certainly visit again. |

great modern decor. Best beds we've ever slept in. Wonderful food. Kids loved the free lobby internet. Great to have 2 tv's in the room Staff never addressed our in room safe or the fact our alarm clock did not work even though we asked three times |

I really enjoyed the excellent atmosphere and contemporary design. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, everything was excellent. However, for a day or two we left some things to be thrown in the trash by housekeeping but this was not done. I found it strange because it was left by the trash bin to be thrown away, it just did not fit in there. Nevertheless, it was a minor overlook. Nothing serious at all. |

Very comfortable, clean facility for our family's needs. Excellent continental breakfast. on our most recent stay, desk staff spent more time visiting with each other instead of ensuring guests were looked after during the evening manager's appreciation hour. |

Comfort, location, attention to detail, staff helpfulness I am a group tour operator a d was surprised when I discovered the breakfast was not inured. Would be a five star had it been. That has become nearly standard these days, something to think about. |

The rooms are very attractive, clean, and comfy beds. Bath and Body Works products in the bath a plus. Nice flat screen TVs. Pool is very small. Breakfast bufffet didn't look so good. |

The hotel staff was outstanding. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The exercize facility had all the machines that we wanted to use. The shuttle service to the mall was very convienient and the drivers were professional and very courteous. No room service, and not very much "kid friendly" food available at the restaurant. The pool is very small. |
