Loved the location to downtown Boise! The staff was super friendly! Looking at it online, it looked pretty ghetto, which is was, but we absolutely loved staying there! It had a fun atmosphere. The pot smokers from downstairs...

I chose this motel because it is close to my family's home where I was visiting for the weekend. The facility is built with concrete brick which made the rooms very quiet, even though the facility is close to the connector to the Interstate freeway, I did not hear the traffic. The tub was very large and the heavy type and very clean...so I had the opportunity to take a long hot soak! This facility is dated and rundown. The carpeting was stained, but vacuumed. There were chips out of the walls. The bedspread had a cigarette hole burned through it. The heat was either on or off...there was no middle ground. The batteries to the television remote control were low making channel selection tricky. The lamp shade had the plastic wrap still on it - isn't this a fire hazaard folks! You have to ring for service to have them even open the door to the office (I imagine if it were after hours that they wouldn't answer...) The woman on duty refused to open when checking out, and motioned for me to slip my key card under the tray in the door. Also, she had trouble finding my reservation upon check in. English is not their first language.

The room smelled like a whole can of air freshner had being used and because of the smell I started to sneeze. Also, the door had to be slammed hard for it to lock and the bolt didn't work.

I was going to a convention in Boise, and the host hotel was priced way out of my reach. The Cabana was close and less than half the price, so it made my trip possible. And it had a refigerator and microwave, so it was possible to save money on food, also. Manager was very nice and accomodated my special needs (no stairs). Carpet was badly stained and the whole room looked well-worn.

I liked the fact that the air conditioner worked very well, and that the cleaning crew left us unbothered after we requested no linen service. The road construction crew just in front of the motel was a little loud at night and early morning.

The front desk staff was not friendly. They were not even aware I had requested a bottom floor room. We were approrached by a man staying at the place for an extended period time who immediately starting asking a personal question. The doors were in dire need of paint and the curtains in the room seemed like that were so old that they were worn in numerous places and light would come through. Some one in back at the office was cooking and the smell of curry and other spices were so strong that it was really unpleasant. The toilet was very slow to drain and the sink was so cracked and worn. We will not stay there again

Nothing!!!!!!!! Never been to such a bad dirty place before. You can only walk on towells in the room, because the floor stucks of dirt. The sink wasn't clean and the coffemaker Not washed. There were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom and many spots of dirt were decorating the walls. Never, never go to this place!!!!

The owners are very sweet and kind. the room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. Things were rather worn (eg. scarred vanity and drapes unhooked from rod in a couple of spots.)

Location was good. They had a small refrigerator. The hotel has been purchased by a family and they try to keep it clean but it is extremely run down. The furniture is something you'd see at garage sale and it wouldn't sell...pillows terrible, mattress old. I think the maintenence man checked us in; dirty clothes, etc. bathroom sink was chipped, no tissue, thin towels. Guess you get what you pay for but even this was too expensive for what you got. Would not stay again.

Cheap, great location, quaint in it's seediness. Owner/Manager is a bit stodgy, plumbing is a joke at this hotel, and the ceilings all could use a deep cleaning...but this is what you get for 45 a night.

The gentleman working the front desk had sensational service skills. I enjoyed the space available in the room and the exterior design of the hotel. I also enjoyed the fact that I was able to get a smoking room. Nothing.

Le wifi dans les chambres / Wifi in the room Je ne comprends même pas comment cet établissement est encore un hôtel. On comprend mieux pourquoi. Un conseil : mettre dix ou vingt dollars de plus, mais surtout ne pas réservez une chambre dans cet hôtel ; vous ne le regretterez pas !
