Location is excellent! Inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. Room was very clean; dated, but clean. The room smelled like an old person's home- so bring perfume of your own and use it before going out. Parking was a little tight but not bad.

I only booked here because it was still cheaper than other hotels in San Diego, it's just ok, nothing fancy and even and the price doesn't match what you get. The room had a smell, the parking is extremely narrow, we parked in the open parking lot on the side of the hotel and the morning after we found a flat tire, we asked a young man at the reception if he could tell us of repair store nearby, but he just didn't seem to know what we were talking about, we gave up.

Good location for Pt Loma, very close to Airport if waiting to catch next day flight. Local Neighborhood atmosphere Little pricey for mid week stay, especially for a tourist town. Underground parking is horrible. Management should have recomended outside parking because of vehicle size. Food odors from management apt waftged in to lobby (curry)

It was very close to restaurants. I stayed in a no-smoking room, but I could clearly smell ciggarettes coming through the venting.

We found the pictures seriously misrepresented the quality of this hotel and it's rooms. None of the rooms looked like the pictures on the website. The room furnishing were very old and worn out. The light fixtures, were old dirty, seriously we have seen better at Goodwill. The tiles in the bathrooms were broken. The bedspreads and drapes were old and faded. We saw two rooms, and told the front desk clerk we were canceling our reservation, sharing our concerns for the quality of the room. We were told we would not be charged, and then were charged $59.50. do not waste your time booking at this hotel. It's a dive!!!!!! Quality of room, misleading advertising!

Very little other than location and price. I reserved online and inadvertently only requested Friday night. I immediately called him, saying I needed a second night. He assured me that was no problem, but failed to tell me he only had one night with a King Bed. I called Thursday and verified my reservation: "Two nights, King bed, no smoking" He assured me we were all set. When we checked in, only after the card had been run and signed for both nights, did he bother to tell me either we'd have to move to a Queen room on Saturday or accept a Queen for both nights. "Oh, same price, and they're both big beds." The East Indian odor (maybe a spray?) in the room was very strong. Parking is underneath the building, and very tight. Otherwise, you park on the street. One can only take a bath if you plug the drain with a washcloth.

It was affordable The staff was border line rude. The room was on the corner of a busy street where traffic and emergency vehicles could be hear all night. There was no extra ammenities. The wi-fi would not connect and it cost to get ice from the machine. The room had broken lamps and had a horrible smell of must in it. I will never stay here again. I will pay alittle extra for better services.

It is located in the Shelter Island area of Point Loma - San Diego. Furthermore, there are many nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Parking was scarce and very limited. However, we were able to park because or car is a small compact. Full size cars would maybe have trouble parking in the parking garage their.

Close to friends house. Extremely run down. I think it was a place for almost homeless people to go to. It looked like people were living there. Not sure why it has suites in the name, maybe because it had a small refrigerator and tiny microwave.
