great food, clean open rooms
All was good.
Hotel had it all. Food, fun and nice rooms.
I booked 2 rooms, paid an upgrade for either city view or ocean view, and requested the the rooms be close together since my wife and I were travelling with he 80 year old mother. Upon arrival, the request for "close together" resulted inot rooms 3 floors apart. After a 2 hour wait we got rooms on the same floor but only one had a view. I didn't get what I paid for and I will not return to this property on my next trip.
Shower leaked all over the bathroom. Mini flood.
Bed was great and room was great for the price.
No window as curtain had tobe closed or else the people could look in from the reception/Restaurant area. Could easily hear the guests in the next room talking
Good location for Casino and Shopping
We didn't win big!!!!! Just a joke, never expected to! Checking out was probably the only negative thing and it wasn't that bad. I believe they were training someone and several folks around us had some issues. No big deal. We loved Caesars!
Everything! Front desk was friendly and very helpful in checking in. We were able to upgrade to one of the towers and had a corner room and a view of the ocean. The room was nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Even a TV in the bathroom mirror! Everyone on the Casino floor was friendly and helpful. Had dinner at Gordon Ramsey's Pub and Grill and the food was excellent. Expensive, but we knew that going in. Candyce was a great server. Had a wonderful extra dry martini at the Toga Bar and was able to drink for free since we were playing the slots. We only stayed one night, but would recommend this hotel/resort to anyone. I've heard so many bad reviews of other places in AC, so we were absolutely delighted with our whole experience. Can't wait to go back!
With booking .com 's deal I always booked in the worst room that the hotel have. This time we were right on the level of the fan pipes No wifi at all ,had to fight to get it going free but not succeed to any free wifi Never again with Booking.com
At the time of booking on line I indicated that I preferred a room with a ocean view. I was not aware of any additional cost because of my request. Upon registration I was informed that I could have the ocean view for a $40 surcharge. Also, when I went to claim my car from the valet it took over 20 minutes. Use the self parking, its free with a voucher. You have to walk a little further but it is faster.
Hotel location is very good.
Room very large and clean, amazing staff, direct access to restaurants, casinos, shops and the boardwalk.
The room was amazing and the view was relaxing and enjoy every moment .
Facility needs to be updated, but I can't see that being a good business choice, considering the rundown state of the city.
Size of the room
We requested rooms to be close to each other, that never happened. One room was on North tower, other on South. To make things worse, one of the rooms was next to the elevator; good luck trying to get some sleep. The noise of all sorts of people having conversations during all hours was unbearable. Pain in the rear end was that, inorder to use the elevator, you had to stick your room key.
I thought the buffet was overpriced for what it had to offer. They also had issues with my room assignment checking in & out.
The location on the boardwalk is perfect.
Was like a Ghost town
We had breakfast on Monday morning at the Roma café.... waited on line for a half-hour and then it took another half-hour to receive our food once our order was taken. That seemed like an awfully long time to wait for breakfast on a Monday morning. They should definitely have more staff working because there were a lot of empty table, but it appeared that there were not a lot of servers.
Staff and room were great. Request for an ocean view room was accommodated !!
No free wifi
When I booked my stay I stated that I wanted a quiet room away from any elevators. I also stated that I didn't want to be too high up. When we checked in the person never even looked at my comments and had me staying directly across from an elevator. I had to ask him to read my comments. He then said he couldn't accommadate me unless I agreed to stay in the more expensive suites way up high? This was for a Tuesday/Wednesday stay and the place was completely empty! All the gaming tables were closed. No barmaids to be found anywhere. The restaurants on location are way to expensive! We ate at Mortens Steak House and they kept hounding us to join this points club all through our meal which ruin the nice food we had. I just felt like everyone was trying to squeeze our last dollar from our pocket because they know they're closing soon. When we tried to leave the parking lot the attendant tried to charge us $15 bucks for parking. We were already told at the front desk that the parking was free. She then told us that we needed hotel parking vouchers and that it was only $10 bucks since we stayed at the hotel. I showed her my hotel bill and we agreed on $5 bucks to get out. It's over Johnny! Close it down!
Outside of the comfy bed, not much. Things I used to like are either closed or no longer available due to cutbacks.
No view, a high charge for wifi. Have stayed in other places and received free wifi. The Caesars organization can afford to give guests free wifi, it's just another example of corporate penny pinching and greed. Atlantic city is in trouble and this is one of the reasons why, if the nicer properties offered more gratis amenities they would draw more customers.
Great! They allowed my boyfriend and I to check in at 1:30pm at no extra charge. They gave me a corner room like I requested.
The location. The shopping outlets are awesome. The bus depot is right on the property.
The wifi said it was free then we discovered we would have to pay a small fee??
Loved the Gordon Ramsay Restaraunt!
After third night, bed felt like it was sinking in middle. Breakfast at Romo - overall great - one day eggs at buffet didn't seem 'done'. or maybe not mixed well before cooking.
Room was clean and seemed updated. Won at slot machine :-).
Next time I will just make sure I don't spend all my money in the first two nights at there great casino. But everything was great. There's a mall in the hotel never had to leave the resort
all staffs are kind, food is good and facilities are clean.
