it was close to where we needed to go too.
it was very old and outdated place. asked for non-smoking and still smelled like smoke
No hot water
Days Inn took good care of my boy and I it was a excellent and comfortable stay the room was kept very clean good job to the maids thank you
Quality for the price
Parking was very crowded with my pickup
I hated those pillows... The carpet was filthy...
They got a cool indoor Jacuzzi but they never clean it!!
They don't clean the jacuzzi!!! I watched the lady clean up my room one day she used the same towel that she cleaned the bathroom with to clean. Then she never changed her gloves and she tried to give me clean towels without washing her hands after doing all this. I asked her to change her gloves or wash her hands before she gives me my towels!!! She acted as if she didn't understand!!! Worst of all they put me in a room with the biggest dent in the bed!!!!! We asked for a new room because that bed was in horrible condition!!! Instead of them accommodating us for our inconvenience they told us we need to check out the next day
Cleanliness of the room, access to Denny's, friendly staff
Thin walls ?(could hear everything)
It is located near a busy highway but once the door was closed we didn't really hear a lot of noise. Room was clean, staff friendly.
Was quiet on our side but imagine the side next to freeway could get noisy. Beds were very very comfortable. Shower worked very good.
I asked specifically for a room that looked over the pool, more than once. Gave us a room that overlooked a building in front of pool view. Staff seemed to be put out for request when there were 2 of them and only myself.
Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodated our requests (extend another day; linens, etc.) Travel to San Diego twice yearly from Hawaii. Stayed at various hotel/inn past eight years. Days Inn and Suites is the cleanest and large enough to house family of four. Highly recommend others to experience what we experienced. Mahalo for the hospitality we received during our stay. See you in a few months! Aloha.
All good. The night lights in parking lot and units provided us a sense of security. Thank you.
Room was nice and roomy.
Pillows could have been a little better.
My stay was very comfortable, since I traveled 7 hours. Denny's being next door was a plus. Highway 8 was next to the hotel, but didn't hear anything. Was very, very , comfortable.
Room was quiet even off the swimming pool area.
Requested a handicapped accessible room, they tried to place upstairs with no elevator. Hard to negotiate a wheel chair with no elevator. Ended up with a room with a bathtub. No bars for handicapped accessibility.
Easy access to freeway and many locations
Clean comfortable rooms. Good WiFi.
Pricey for location.
Staff was helpful room was clean. Breakfast OK.
I requested a room on the first floor, but did not get it. I was not given my aarp discount even though i showed my card. The pool was supposed to close at 9.00, but there was a loud crowd making noise in and around the pool after 11.00. Parking is inadequate for the number of guests.
It is immediately adjacent to a freeway resulting in a lot of noise. The breakfast was lacking in options. There were a lot of high fat high carb options. No fruit at all and we were not late. The room has not been updated or even maintained. The shower was as clean as it could be but it was stained the curtain has three worn holes in it. The bad was not comfortable (not the worst I have had either) and the pillows were very lumpy. It was as though they have been thrown in the laundry and lumped up.
Staff changed our ground floor room after the window would not close.
Window would not lock after small sign by door said "make sure window is locked. My daughter and I were afraid to stay in that particular room.
Pretty large room. Breakfast options are verygood . wide parking lot.
Didn't know what's the pool for, nobody use it I guess. Not so many attractions around, without a car you're lost!. I could see much more in other places without a car.
staff was very helpful
Bed was very uncomfortable
Real nice. Good value
Staff were friendly and helpful, décor and furnishings were very dated but rooms were clean. Place was quiet, traffic noise wasn't really noticeable even though place was next to freeway.
Bed linen was old and abit threadbare, towels were also threadbare but clean. Area was abit low-end but given the cost of stay, was expected. Repeatedly told by friends not to venture out of room after dark because not safe, so didn't.
clean room service
