Need Automatic check-out - although the wait was resonable

A nice boutique hotel, comfortable clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Would prefer breakfast included.

I found bugs in my bed! Very disappointed and disgusted valet parking

Had to move our room because key wouldn't work; only one wash cloth in bathroom; no soap in tub; only small one at sink; no coffee or tea in room, had to get dressed and go to lobby for coffee, then had to go to restaurant for tea.

The staff. Very friendly. Comfortable bed. Fantastic location.

Outdated room. Old hvac system. Stains in carpet.

Clock radio in 545 needs replacing-cannot set alarm minutes. No note pad/pen. Secretary desk with TV needs replacing. TV is outmoded!

Parking is 18$ and you can't pick up the car yourself. Breakfast buffet only occasional.

The staff is professional, responsive and personal. Lobby coffee with a choice of flavoring was a great touch.

minor things: the room clock didn't work. one light in the bath was burned out -- things that should have been noticed and repaired.

The atmosphere is appealing, teh convenience of the downstairs bar/restraunt and the location is a little ways from downtown - but the trolly is nearby for local excursions shopping etc. Parking is convenient across teh street. Stayed there many times.

I loved the staff. Very helpful accomodating, nice, etc.

Walls were thin, could hear an argument in the next room very clearly. Staff took care of it. Also two of my lights went out. Once I turned them off they would not turn on.

We requested a move to another room because a heating unit was not operative in the room we were initially placed.

The staff was jovial and helpful. The rooms were spacious.

I needed to leave early (6:15 a.m.) and there was very limited availability for breakfast and no coffee!!!

The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel well located for walking access to downtown and restaurants. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Jackie at the front desk even researched and printed out directions for us. We particularly like to stay at this property during the Annapolis boat show. We will be back!

It's location and quaintness

Staff, with the exception of front desk and cleaning staff on one day, location, car retrieval

Carpets were stained, bed linens were not changed when requested, bathroom door did not latch, no stationery, note paper or writing utensil, peeling wallpaper in bathroom, room not cleaned until 4:00 on Saturday afternoon, expense of parking

Location and staff not to mention a very comfortable bed.

Slight musty smell but added the 'old hotel' feel. Wallpaper in bathroom needs to be updated.

Recommended by others, we were there for PPW at the US Naval Academy. Front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Gave great recommendations on restaurants. Young man at valet service - very attentive. Female bartender on Thursday night was fantastic, went out of her way to make us feel very welcome; even went so far as to fix a small cheese plate when we were hungry even though the kitchen was closed. Rooms were always clean, beds were extremely comfortable.

The male bartender on Saturday night, obviously did NOT want to be there.

Great place. One problem, the second floor suffers from mildew..dry that out and you have a winner

We found a warm and friendly welcome at the hotel. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room was very comfortable and the location quite convenient for sightseeing. The plentiful breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.
