room design, breakfast there was gum holding the plastic liner in the ice bucket, in the 3 days I was there they never made up the bed nor vacuumed the floor.

Hotel had a great atmosphere everyone was very friendly,and helpful. Easy access to highway rooms were great and so was the free breakfast. I would strongly reccomend this hotel.

The rooms were very convenient and comfortable. Our daughter and two children joined us at the Suites and we were all happy with the arrangements and cost. We ran out of towels in the pool and in our room.

Rooms was clean and well equipped. Bus service to airport excellent Despite an advance booking I was put in room 413 on the top floor at the back. A noisy roof fan came on and off. A baby was crying next door. I did not get any sleep. The receptionist did not discuss a room choice with me. Breakfast was archaic I had to wait 10 minutes for bread for toast despite the staff member assuring me he was getting the bread which he did not. All hot breakfast food trays where empty. Reception did not take my remarks seriously when I checked out. I am a regular traveller to San Antonio but would need to be assured of a quiet room and an efficient breakfst service if I was to stay again

Very nice lobby area. Large area with many great places to sit. There was also a small bar that opened in the evenings Breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast all 5 mornings were so nice Great workout room Our bathroom floor was not clean at all. We had to ask if it could please be cleaned. It seemed as if someone had cut their hair and left a mess. Well no one ever came to clean it up all day, so I did. The house keeper 2 days later knocked on our door at 10 and asked us to leave because she had to clean 50 rooms that day. Other than that the stay was very nice

I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Also we rented a car and the car rental was just a few blocks away. We would definitely recommend it to friends to come and we would stay here again. Thanks for a nice time! Nothing that was negative at all!

The bathtub and the toilette doesn't drain slow like other hotels The color of the wall or the room in general. It needs bright and clean colors like white and sky blue or aqua.
