It was confortabile, clean and the service was very kind and helpful.
easy access to Palm Springs good breakfast offer
noisy air conditioning, worn-out bath-tub entire bath needs remodeling
The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. Very close to downtown and casino.
Pool was clean
Facilities are deteriorating, ghost town, needs remodelling.
Everything. The bathroom was nasty Room and property needs Renovation. Old tv No alarm clock radio The small fridge barely worked. the decor was terrible.
The location is great with easy access. The room rate for one night was a good value. The front desk staff were friendly.
The day if our departure (6/22) my traveling friend was relaxing in the jacuzzi. A motel employee came up to him and accused him of not being a guest at the motel. The employee said to get out of the jacuzzi if he was not staying at the hotel. This employee needs major customer service and sensitivity training. I will never stay at this motel again.
The room was very out dated, but overall comfortable. The main lady was a nice lady, but her partner, the man was extremely RUDE!!! Just that fact alone, we will not be back!!
The check in couple staff was excellent really cared for are considers for are stay and place was clean
No mirowave in room
Manager not friendly poor customer service
dirty grounds, run down interiors with many make shift adhoc improvements makes it worse
Lodge was in dire need of repair and updates. The air conditioner was so loud we could not hear each other talk. It also was put in the wall so poorly that there was a large gap opening to outside. There were bugs in the room. The floor trim in the bathroom was taped on. The towels were small and not soft. The breakfast area was too small for so many people. The furniture and decor in the room was very mismatched.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet large. Very nice pool area including a heated spa. Good, diverse breakfast, nice staff.
As the pool was just in front of our room, there was some smell of chlorine in our room. However, it was not too bad and it was practical to have the pool so close to the room.
I did not expect such variety at the breakfast, fresh fruit, oats, toast, juice, sweet treats...nice! And everything was very nicely arranged and clean (room, pool area..)
The front desk staff super sweet
Poor wifi service
Location. However it was the only place available for the night I was there due to spring break and music festival.
In desperate need of refurbishing. The coffee counter was corroded with lime deposit and shower was a replacement for maybe a tub area. Couldn't even turn around in it.
Reception was locked till 8, even though breakfast was advertised as starting at 7:30 - in reception! A/C didn't work. Two bed room was booked, but only king bed available. We were told there was a sofa bed in room, but when managers husband took us up to room, he said sofa bed had been removed. Took an hour to figure out wifi - they didn't tell you which access point to use. We kept putting our username and password into what was apparently their office network, when the guest network had an unintuitive name. We felt like we were at Fawlty Towers!
Quiet and clean
Very old - could use an update.
The staff was very sweet. Always making sure we were doing okay.
I wish our bed was a bit more comfortable along with the pillows and bedding but can't really complain for the price that we paid.
The pool and a jacuzzi refrigerator in the room
The owner was not friendly, overpriced for the size of the room, Sheets smelled and the mattress was stained.
Ridiculously over-priced for shabby condition, horrible wi-fi, lousy breakfast. We didn't stay the second night.
The female manager/owner was very rude when I reported that my room had not be cleaned by housekeeping in 2 days. The next day the room had been cleaned but no bath towels had be left. Again I went to the manager to request clean towels. Again she was rude to me and said I was lying to cause a problem. Also my room key did not work on multiple occasions. I went to the front desk to get a new key. The manager asked me to stop breaking the keys. Really?? I didn't break a swipe key I have contacted travelodge's customer service to file a complaint. I was issued a ref #. I intend to follow up tomorrow
The room was nice.
The bathroom was not. Room 112.
My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for our Coachella trip, having to drive 9hrs to get to Palm Springs we were in a bit of a rush leaving Reno so I completely forgot to deposit the hotel money into my spending account so when the hotel ran my card it got declined! The owner called me and was super nice about it. He told me they would normally cancel my reservation, but it being Coachella weekend and everything in town being full, he said he would just wait until we got there to charge our room... What a life saver! We really only slept and showered here, we didn't spend much time in the room, so for us it served it's purpose. Our room had a little outdoor area that faced the pool which was nice.
When we got to the room I noticed that the red chair in there had some sort of stain in it as did the bedspread... Also, the towels in the bathroom were pretty worn out... Not too big of a deal since it was hot and we didn't really use the bedspread and we brought our own towels, but still kind of a turn off. As for the chair we made sure to put a sweater or something on it before sitting down.
