Reservations were ready and a request for W-FI was shared at no additional expense. The maid helped us learn the trick of useing the security key. The pool and spa were heated and delightful.

The rooms were upgraded but the parking lot could use some repair - not a problem when the cost of stay is put in perspective.

The entire place and rooms are in terrible condition and very dirty. I wasnt expecting much from this place but it was way below anything I have ever seen before. The breakfast that's included is a joke.

Furniture, bathroom, rug, bed, the whole room was extremely and impeccable clean.

Wi-fi access had a very low signal throughout the whole location.

Saw more than one cockroach in my room (an all too frequent occurrence in economical hotels in America today!)

It is a Travel Lodge motel now converted to Cambridge Inn. It was a misleading information I got via Booking.com. Definitely not worth $200 per nite. The lady was kind to allow us to check in at 9am instead of at 3pm.

Based on other negative reviews I contacted Hoda the general manager ref the negative posts. She indicated guests are sometimes "very mean to us". I was pleased the room wasn't filthy/dirty, wifi available, room smelled clean but too much Lysol, shower was clean.

Staff were given this feedback....small towels and poor quality, uncomfortable mattresses and flat pillows. Needs tlc a coat of paint, broken airmoire doors need to be repaired, continental breakfast had only sugary cheap items but did include coffee staff reported they were changing to Travelodge and they would then be able to make all the improvements discussed above.

Staff is rude. I called at 7:15 AM to ask about the continental breakfast the male staff member yelled "breakfast is at 8:30." Then he hung up loudly. It is not my fault he didnt get enough sleep. The cabinetry was broken & had nails protruding. Metal rails protrude when using the TV. I feel the management tries to get by with as little as possible. Cheap breakfast.

The check-in person was friendly and helpful giving us suggestions for eating places.

Your rooms are badly needed for repair. What repair that was made was poorly done.The carpet is frayed and the tub/shower did not appeal for me to take a shower. I think you should offer more towels. We were not told about the continental breakfast and missed out on that.

Location was great, minutes away from great shopping

Room was still dirty when we checked in, bed was unmade, trash from previous guests, a mess. We were very disgusted. Never staying at the Cambridge inn again

The hotel is in a great area. The views are wonderful of the mountains. We were only a five minute drive from night time entertainment and fabulous restaurants. The woman at the desk during "breakfast" and check out was very nice. The pool was also clean and a good size.

I agree that for the money the hotel isn't that bad. After reading some of the reviews, I knew what we were in for and was able to laugh at when these things came true. Yes, the owner at check-in told us he couldn't find our reservation at first. He asked us where we booked it through and I explained the website and he said, "oh, we cancelled with them three days ago". I said that it should have gone through because it charged our card and he said, "well yes, they have no problem charging your card, but I don't have the reservation". Three minutes later, he "found it". Maybe he's just not good on the computer :). He wasn't mean to us at all. He was a little cold with another man that wanted to reserve a room though. He didn't believe a man that had a coupon for $10 off for that night, but when the man brought it to him in print he said, "okay, so this is what you want to pay? Then that's what you'll get". I'm not sure how he did not know what coupons he was offering. He definitely has a hard time with customers, and service is not his strong suit. Sorry to say it sir! The facilities could use updates as everyone else is saying. Our room was "a good one", he said at check-in, and our refrigerator was broken (we didn't care though), the tub was warn, and yes the comforter/decor wasn't fashion forward, but who cares. It was clean. There was a smell, but it was more like stale smoke, and wasn't terribly strong. Maybe they could use a good air freshner in the rooms, scrub the carpets and walls, and pop a plug in to freshen it up. There weren't bugs in our room or anything like that. Just a little beat up I guess.

The pool area was very nice. The hotel is old and could use some updates, but was very comfortable.

The owner was very rude to me. There was a mix-up on my reservations as I thought the hotel was paid for when booked. He called me to tell me it was not and threatened to call the police and said "there is a law against cheating merchants!". I have never cheated anyone in my life and was very offended.

Absolutely nothing

The management. The room. When we got to the room there were no towels in it. I went to the front desk and asked for towels and they said I had to go find housekeeping. When we were swimming on Saturday we asked for towels and they housekeeping was closed. Because I couldn't dry off I slipped four times, the fourth time falling and straining my rotator cuff. One of our friends slipped and fell in the jacuzzi. I would never use this place if I were Booking.com.

The hotel has citrus trees around the grounds and the trees were blooming - it smell amazing. Right off 111 hwy and within minutes of the convention center. Hotel was full but very quiet. We only stayed one night and did not get to use the pool or spa but they looked inviting.

Clean, comfortable and cheap. We just wanted to lay down for 6 hours and clean up and it met those expectations.

I called early to say we would be late and they locked the lobby door at 11:00 pm which required a phone call to get someone to register us. It worked out okay. The breakfast is a muffin and terrible coffee but for the price I guess you can't complain.

Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in.carpets filthy dust balls falling from bathroom fan. Shower dirty and cockroaches. I know it's. Budget but filthy is not acceptable room 153.

We had to call police on management who was kicking us out because there were a few nuggets of dog food on the floor. He came up to us yelling that the room was torn up, how could we live like that. We thought someone had broke into the room. He opened the door and it was fine. He threatened to call the police. I told him I will call the police so you will look like an idiot.

The staff was very kindly! The pool excellent, and the room conditions are excellent! No complaints!
