it was a nice room a little small for 4 people
it was just too small and the TV is in a weird spot
The pass to the Hot Springs. & was close to them. Like the option to have a fire.
The wifi didn't work.
Common room with full kitchen facilities. Clothes washing facilities. Close to great hot springs. Free entry.
Bit small. Watch out for bed corners. Loud exhaust fan in bathroom.
The rooms are small, but clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot. I wouldn't call it luxurious by any stretch. It did have decent wifi.
The noise from the train and all traffic. You hear everything.
Cleanliness, no carpet to collect 'things'. Price is very good and in line with facilities. Would consider staying again in cooler weather.
No AC in summer. Location of wash basin. Bed height. Proximity to railroad tracks.
Clean, fresh smelling rooms & kitchen was awesome! I liked the washer/dryer too.I loved the rustic look & feel of the property, especially the lighted wagon wheels! I found having a ticket for the Crystal Hot Springs was great, otherwise I might not have gone there. I will totally recommend anyone going to the SLC area to stay at the Camelot Inn.
Unable to adjust air in the room. During the moonson's the room was so humid & hot that I had to purchase another fan & that was still not enough. Need a hand towel bar or ring to hang up the hand towels. More brochures or information on things to see & do in & around the area.
Very cute and good location!
WAS NOT ABLE TO GET INTO HOTEL. COMBENATION WAS NO GOOD
Location neat and clean inexpensive.
the bed was hard seamed like a Box spring. the process seamed a little complex. poor TV reception
I loved having the stars so bright that you could look at them in a very peaceful setting. Far enough away from the bright city lights that you felt as if you could reach out and touch them! Peaceful setting and close to the Crystal Hot Springs!
The bed is too soft.
Quiet. Very near Crystal Springs
Not close to restaurants or grocery stores. Very poor TV reception.
Privacy, small and cheap.
Bed had stains/ sleeping was uncomfortable, shower took a long time to get warm, overall low quality.
The design and cleanliness of facility
Camelot name doesn't fit!
Such a bargain! Very clean. Fun facility to use. Checking in reminded us of a scavenger hunt. We'll definitely return if we go back to Crystal Hot Springs. I love the fire pit area, free firewood, and grill available for patron use.
TV was just below the ceiling - better mounted above the TV stand or at eye level given its small size. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Instructions were rather curt and could have a more friendly tone. Just my two cents.
Checking in wasn't what we expected. It was pushing a codef to open the door, to starting up their computer to register, to getting another code to get the room key from a lock box. It took me 20 minutes to get through the process cause as the computers did not have a connection and I had to call to get the code for the key. The person on the phone was friendly and helped. Unfortunately, the style of check in was all new to us. The room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable as it was a thinner mattress. You definately need internet capabilities to get the codes or you have to call the phone number on the wall. Perhaps this place is better for the younger generation, who have better backs and better understanding of the internet.
The patience of staff. Such a hotel concept was a new thing. We needed an escape from a family crisis. We also ended up bicycling from about 5 miles late at night after our vehicle, on top of all the other stuff, became disabled. Ourselves and bikes fit in snugly, but we made it through the night. Thanks. Overall quite pleased.
Larger screen TV would have been nice. Futon style bed was different, but part of that could have been me, awake and worrying about the potential van repairs (it started next morning)
Location was good.
Bed was terrible. No toiletries. Very small and the tv was just local channels.
It was so hot in the room and no way to control the temperature. It was a restless night.
Can't control the temperature of the room. Rooms are incredibly small. Don't plan on staying any time in your room for comfort. Spend it at the hot springs.
We stayed for the Crystal Hot Springs just down the road, so location was great. From SLC, hostel is a bit far. Kitchen facility was great. VERY clean
Bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable. According to our GPS, nearest grocery store was 6 miles away. That was annoying.
