Being able to park right in front of our room

Room was very small for 3 people, mattresses were old and caved in to the middle,No closet, telephone in room didn't work, and the heated floor in the bathroom was a bit ridicules was your trying to get ready and its almost 90 outside

The kingsize mattress was awful. Very lumpy! Furnishings old but clean and serviceable.

The breakfasts were really good, lots of variety. The bed was very comfy.

The decor needed to be updated, at least a complete new paint-job as everything was old and tired.

+ The whole place being zero-level so that you have your car directly in front of you. + You have a Jacuzzi! + In the heart of Mountain View + Spacious single room

The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent, with separate temperature and volume controls.

The heating/cooling unit was extremely noisy so I had to turn it off at night in order to be able to sleep. The sink drain was clogged, so after running the water for about a minute it filled up and thereafter drained extremely slowly.

grounds and outside of buildings very nice

Wore out door trims faucets not very clean. Furniture in bad shape. Carpet also wore out. Outside may have been nice but inside left a lot to be remodeled. Sign out front also not very good. Even with GPS I passed the location 2 times.

Convenient to Mountain View, well kept, extremely friendly staff and owners.

Noise level was pretty high. Fit and finish was appropriate for price, but felt cheap in places.

Very close to my work project, markets, and dining. It was quiet and had a satisfactory continental breakfast. Wifi signal was good. Nice shower/Jacuzzi.

Small things...bathroom cabinetry had suffered from water damage over time and looked pretty dingy. The pillows on the bed were pretty old, flat, and needed replacing. Same for the towels...old and needed replacing, but really, for the price, it was fine. I did stay two nights and thought it was strange that I didn't receive any maid service after the first night.

Not too bad for the price.

Stayed there while our house was being fumigated for termites. Even though our room was in the new wing it was worn and below my cleanliness standards. I was staying there with my wife & son is a double Queen room. Day 1 amenities were OK, but the maids failed to replenish the soap and half of our towels disappeared leaving us with two bath towels for 3 people. Since breakfast buffet consisted of muffins, danish & bagels + coffee & OJ we went elsewhere to eat.

The people running the place were GREAT. The bed was comfortable.

The toilet ran and ran. The T.V. was so old that the people were all RED. Not bright and clear. The pillows were so lumpy I couldn't sleep on one.

Location, and good value

Everything was great. I'll return!
