Close proximity to our daughter's house - walking trail adjacent to property - free Breakfast - refrig and microwave in room - regardless of our negatives, we would come back because of the location.

Needs renovation - door edges are chipped from wear - TV is old style and hence very NON GREEN - carpet and other aspects just smell old

In my hurry to get to a wedding I set my purse by my car & drove off. The front desk contacted me that it was turned in by a staff member. Nothing was missing - I will be forever grateful. I was able to thank the young lady who found it in person. She is an angel. Makes one believe that there is still good in the world. Thank you.

I had a guest stay at the hotel. She commented on the nice rooms, great breakfast and the beautiful garden. You don't see all that fro the street. The rate was reasonable.As a local business owner I would recommend again for any guests. WR

Access to roadways was difficult when leaving the property. Hot and cold water was reversed in room

My room was near the front of the hotel and the road noise was constant and too loud

Large room, fridge and microwave The location was great for our needs because our daughter lives on Union Ave. So it was so very close. Bathroom worked out great.

Quilt on bed looked like it was from the 50'S. Big overstuffed chairs were dirty looking and the roll away bed we used for our disabled son was some what lumpy.

Very convenient location, next to beautiful nature trail & also near big Pruneyard shopping mall, walking distance to downtown Campbell & to light rail transportation. Nice dine-in breakfast is included in room price.

The carpets were very dirty, I did not have the phone working in the room. NO bags for dirty clothes. The heater was either too cold or too hot, to the point that the temperature was extreme. The trash cans had no plastic bags, so the trash was kind of messy and unsanitary.

The General Manager was only interested in making an extra dollar and charged me for a night when I gave them more than 24 hours notice of an early departure. Stayed there for at lest 20 day in the past month, will never go back. Staying in San Jose this week.

Access to downtown Campbell night life, however rather expensive.

Good just for a night stop-over, comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

The room, though clean, was overperfurmed and dark (bulbs near the bed didn't work, neither after reporting it to the front desk). It was impossible to keep the heating on at night due to the excessive noise of the fan. Besides, the buzz from the refrigerator, as well as cars on the highway and people walking down the porch and on the second floor, were clearly audible and annoying at night. The Wi-fi connection lost signal many times and needed to be refreshed every twenty minutes.

not getting room with patio or balcony, being told they were not available with standard room being charged for smoking because the front desk clerk is on a no-smoking mission even thought the housekeeping staff still stocks ashtrays.

Friendly and helpful staff on the reception (especially Anabel, thanks a lot!). Good spa and pool, comfortable rooms with everything included.

It was clean and convenient to my family. The breakfast is outstanding; more than enough variety for anyone. It is quiet. There is a hiking/nature trail adjacent to the hotel.

Convenient location, close to cute downtown area and creek side trail.

A bit aged, could use some modernization. Poor wifi performance, didn't work with iPad. Few accessible power outlets.

Nothing. The hotel was dirty, the rooms smelled of urine and the floors were filthy. The entire room was early 70's decor and falling to pieces. It was, to sum up in a word, disgusting. I will never rent from this facility again.

The tennis court is in poor repair. Employee did not know it was locked when I inquired about a playing time!

There was no hot water on the Friday morning of our stay due to a proble, with the water heater. I feel an adjustment to the bill should have been made.
