Excellent helpful staff at check in and check out, room was clean, bed great.

Noisy neighbors

Convenient location.

Dirty carpets. super noisy with trains, trucks, and party in the parking lot.

Vlue for the money.

Very covenient location. We were in Eugene to attend a concert at The Cuthbert Ampitheater and it was only about half a mile away. We were able to walk to the Farmers market downtown and ride our bikes right from the motel to the university district. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would have no hesitation booking a room here again.

I thought the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. No cereal or hot food. Bagels,toast, muffins and the only fruit was red delicious apples. Who eats apples for breakfast? If you make a reservation and want to use the hot tub ask to be in a room near it because the hot tub is at the far end of the south wing.

The staff was very courteous and friendly.very accommodating for bicycles,they gave us a ground floor room . The room was clean and located close to downtown and the University campus.

I booked this hotel over another close by because it offered a continental breakfast. It was a bare minimum one . Would have been nice to have cereal and yoghurt offered as well.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, price was affordable.

Only thing was the train that passes through a couple times a night.

Location was good. Room clean and functional enough. Acceptable value for money.

The key didn't work so had to change rooms. Water pressure not good in shower. Toilet overflowed with normal use. Misinformation provided re: closure time of restaurants.

The location was ideal with walking access to downtown and close to campus. I am a light sleeper, but wasn 't bothered by traffic or city noises in the night. I will definitely book my next stay there again in August.

The guy spraying us and our truck with the pressure washer at 5pm was irritating. A little earlier before guests check in perhaps?

Basic accommodations, but great value and very friendly front desk staff. Similarly, the continental breakfast is pretty basic--but rather than packaged muffins and such, the bagels and muffins were fresh and tasty.

The room was a bit noisy. There was a large gap under the door that let in a lot of noise, but none of us had any problems sleeping.

Zentrale Lage zwischen Campus und Downtown, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer (Schreibtisch/Bügelbrett & -eisen, Dusche/Badewanne)

Ausstattung (Teppich und Sessel) nicht mehr zu reinigen. Das Frühstück ist nach dem 2. Mal nicht besonders abwechslungsreich.

Very comfortable and quiet and on New Year's Eve to boot. Would definately recommend Campus Inn

Central location to points of interest downtown and access to highways to reach business destinations.

Located at intersection with light and early morning truck traffic- but what motels aren't?

The room was tiny with no table, chairs or microwave. The hot tub was not clean.
