Loved the pool area with tons of places to relax and read a book or lay in the hammocks. Loved the Adult Play room with pool tables, ping pong, TV's etc... Loved the spaciousness of the 1 Bedroom Villa with comfortable beds and pillows, plus a jacuzzi bath, full kitchen, and dining & living room. It felt more like a home.. They didn't have any transportation yet to the strip due to the fact they are in the process of new ownership.

I am VERY VERY picky when it comes to staying in hotels/resorts, and I have been staying here for the last 3 yrs of so whenever theres a family vaca. The rooms are really nice & comfy. Parking can get a bit bad. i feel the facility may need to add a few things to their grounds, like basketball courts and a playground for the younger kids. My preteens did complain the about the arcade games, they say it was boring and didn't have enough games (but they're teenagers).

Cancun did not have my reservation through booking.com. I showed them the email confirmation and they honored it. I guess that will be the last time I will use booking.com If they did not have rooms available, it would have been a big problem.

Loved the pool area and the activities for childern. Lifeguards and activity director were excellent with our kids. We felt like we were in an appartement rather than a hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful, the atmosphere would fit both solo traveler and families alike. Bed was super comfortable and clean! Location was super, close to groceries, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The staff was very accommodating, they made special allowances for us since our flight wasn't until 10pm. The grounds are lovely and the pools are huge (no special angle shots to make them appear larger). We had a great time and wish we stayed here longer.

Peaceful and relaxing. I loved the pool area. Over all I had a pleasant stay. I would recommend to others. :-) I called twice asking for toilet paper. I never got any. I had to flag someone down to ask fot it. I also found it somewhat difficult to fine parking late at night.

It's a great place to stay! We are not interested in a Casino stay...(been there, done that!!) We like being able to have plenty of room rather than 4 walls. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! It is also a safe and clean place to stay. Can't think of anything!

First off there was a mix up on my dates (booking.com) through you and eventually them we were able to get our original date. I can't say enough good things. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The pool area and lifeguards couldn't of been nicer and involved with our little guy who couldn't get enough of the slide. The whole experience there was so relaxing and cost friendly, we have already recommended it to all family members and friends. We only live 86 miles away and we'll be back just because it was so pleasant. Thank you Not a thing
