Only one out of four waterslides were operating.
Kitchen has everything you could want and bathrooms are very spacious with Jacuzzi for two.
Not enough cookware and appliances. We came prepared to cook and did not have a lot of the items available to us that we've had at other facilities. Ie: backing pans, more mixing bowls, mixers and or blenders
Enjoyed the spaciousness
The early check out, 10am maybe an hour later or an hour early on checking in
Loved everything about our stay with the good price that I paid last minute. I would've stayed longer to enjoy the pool but I didn't get the chance. So definitely a next time for me and my family at your resorts.
I could have stayed for a week. I like being off the strip as well. Perfect for me and my daughter. A great little get away and an amazing staff! The bartender with short red hair was amazing and in great spirits even though she had a full bar!
Value, Location to airport Nice pool (although a bit cool at 72 F)
Large water slides closed till the summer?
Suite was well laid out, tranquil, great kitchen, large jet tub. Location next to shopping, easy check-in, no smoke, no noisy casino, multiple pool & hot tubs.
PLENTY OF ROOM, GOOD SERVICE. WHAT MORE WOULD YOU WANT? GOOD RATE, TOO.
This place is ridiculous with the rules! You cannot run you jet bath tub between the hours if 10 pm and 8 am. Seriously, you pay over $100 a night and cant use your tub? The pool and jacuzzi closes at 10pm. You must keep "track of a towel card" for each person in your family and exchange it for a towel at pool and get it back when you turn in towel at pool. So, you fumble with four cards at the pool and then make you shivering cold kids give the towels up before the long walk back to the room so you can get your card back, other wise you will be charged $25 per card at the end. Get this one....the life gaurd appriached my husband and I as we sat by the pool with our feet danging in, having a drink. He said " you are not allowed to have a drunk within 4 feet of the pool". Seriously?! This is a themed pool-centered "resort"!! At Tahiti Village they serve you drinks in the pool on tabkes and chairs.in the shollow sand beach part. This Cacun place does not even have drink.or food service in the entire pool area. The pool and waterslides are very disappnting. The kids activity center charges for activities, Tahiti Village activities are free. The lazy river and sand beach, service and so muchore make tahiti village a much better choice. We wanted to try something differnet this time but learned our lesson.
Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
this was a time share.. so don't expect housekeeping..only 1 rest on property.. didn't care for the food.. silverton buffet or bootleggers good food
..spacious room and indoor hot tub/ utensils and cook ware available..
This place is awesome!
Overall everything was outstanding. If I could complain, these would be my complaints: The pool side bar was expensive. 3 piña colada's were $27. The pool and the jacuzzi's closed up early in the evening.
The top quality property for the price I paid. Absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend this location. (One bedroom villa with kitchenette, $53 a night plus tax and a $20 resort fee, $83.21 total).
This was such a beautiful and comfortable resort. There is something for everyone! My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary.I can't rave about the excellent level of service we received. The staff was great. It was very quiet and overall just fabulous!!! We will be returning very soon.
1. Although the reception people were great, immediately after checking in, there are high pressure concierge desk sales people that almost insisted we sign up to listen to their presentation after telling them repeatedly 5 times no thank you that my father was sick in the car and I need to get him in his room. 2. Beware of slamming and banging of doors held open by their deadbolts! By cleaning staff and guests regardless of time of day or night. Loud cleaning staff yelling to one another down the hall! Thin walls I think. They're going to have to replace some of these locks to the doors before their time. 3. The restaurant on the premises was ok but more like a pool snack bar, not a place you would really go for dinner more for just going to eat something by the pool. 4. In our dining room there were still crumbs and dust on the floor.
Location was nice, out of the hustle and bustle of the strip although close. Friendly reception and Check out personnel. Outside was clean, large pool with waterfall, hammocks. Nice feel to it. Nice amenities for you. Dish soap, coffee, good coffee maker, large fridge and freezer. Great big bathtubs which were nice.
When we arrived it was very frustrated because our reservation did not go through and we had to wait almost 45min to hour in order for them to fix it.The pool was cold and a little dirty due to the weather.
Jacuzzi and tge resort environment
I didn't like that mattress weren't covered in a mattress cover to prevent the spread of bed bugs. We are always leary about that when we travel. However I throughly checked the beds and drawers and they all seemed well kept and clean.
My family loved the pool, our room and the affordability of this place.
Early morning moving noises woke us up; staff had little concern and offered no compensation. Did not like having to go through sales pitch at check-in.
waterslide down for repair.
The pool tables and table tennis.
Construction and kitchen very bad
The rooms were clean and the pool was great.
The entire reason I picked your resort was because you had water slides for the kids and this trip was for spring break. Only to find them broke when we arrived. Sure didn't give any type of re-imbursement due to this. Having a kitchen was great but do you really think for 3 nights we would only have one bag of trash and run the dish washer 1 time. If you are not going to service the room then at least make sure it is stocked. One roll of toilet paper for 3 days having a family there really. By the time we left we had a huge pile of towels because no one ever came to collect them. We had to constantly ask for more of which every time took about a half hour to get. For the money I could have paid half and stayed somewhere that serviced the room. The money I saved having a kitchen was spent on the room with no service, nothing stocked for doing my own cleaning and oh yes the best part was the broken water slides. I think not. Also the pool bathrooms at all times were disgusting. No one ever cleaned them.
Staff was friendly and appeared welcoming
I always stay there but this time was a mess.. My room wasn't ready :( the pool slides was broken no pool towel for my son or myself so didn't swim . The kitchen staff didn't get my order right !!
Pool was ironically the only thing we didn't like about our stay. The water slides were closed for repair. I called two months prior to our trip and was told they would be opened two weeks before our trip. Criminal they weren't open for spring break!!!
This resort was a tropical paradise. The pool area was amazing with the huge pyramid, palm trees and hamicks. The pool was very large which gave everyone plenty of space. There were lots of lounge chairs as well.
we chose this property based on the excellent pool, however were extremely disappointed that half of it was closed. It's understandable that renovations are necessary but to not post an update on the property website is dishonest. The pool is still closed and there's still no update on their website or any third party reservation site either.
rooms were a good size and staff was friendly.
Pool closest to our room was closed:-(. Lots of construction noise at 6 am every morning. Our room was right next to housekeeping and the continual door slamming as they came and went was annoying. Restaurant was small with limited menu.
The room was very spacious for the 3 of us. Beds were super comfy. Was nice to have kitchen to make breakfast/lunches for the day. Pool area was super nice. The resort doesn't allow people to "save" chairs and they actually follow through on the removing of unused towels. Saving chairs wasn't necessary anyway as there were always some available at anytime during the day. Staff was very friendly.
They tried to sell the commercial program.
