Room was large and well equipped for family travel
Beeing constantly invited to attend time share presentation even called at 8:30am
The whole Cancun experience, only bad part was that the water slide was closed
Water slide closed and WiFi for only 2 devices
The Penthouse was simple elegance. 8th floor facing the pool toward the strip. Very spacious with two bedroom and two bath. Felt like a new home.
No WiFi. Could not get the TV to work.
Room and hot tub on balcony terrific.
Hard sell for time share and the feeling of angst when cleaning lady came at 10:10 am to clean room and stood at door like an armed guard, we were ready in the next few minutes.
It was exactly what we wanted, a suite while on vacation. The pool area was tremendous
Pillows were too large for my husband. Needed to go look for coffee everyday. The restaurant was very smelly
Leaky Sink, kitchen sink had no cold water, tub backed up, room smelling so horrible making us move to a different room which was a big inconvenience on the night. Being promised resort fees be waved, due to room issues, but still being charged for them
Nice pool Comfortable beds Lots of room with 3 kids Extra activities
Very small kitchen Very uncomfortable couch Water slides were closed
the small villa is nice, wifi worked ok although just one device allowed. Stuff are helpful.
The wifi needs to be improved, only allow 1 person to use 1 item to connect, is not fair. Does not offer log off function to let another device connect. Cant swim in this season, which is a waste
Location was quiet and off from the strip.
Comfort of seating in TV room could have been more comfortable.
Big Rooms Nice tv's Free Laundry Friendly Staff
Didn't Like having to walk through the reception area to use hot tub or pool. Water in the rooms was luke warm at best most of the time. The shower heads are terrible. The high pressure sales pitch at the end of my stay. If the deal is so good, they should tell you when you get there so you can think about it while your there instead of trying to force you into making a quick decision when your trying to leave and not thinking about it like you should. ( Not Cool) Also, the hot tub was so hot you could not use it for very long, maybe 10 min. No comfortable furniture in room.
the only thing that I wish that there were potholder and dish towels in kitchen
Everything except the location being too far from the Strip
The check in process was extremely slow.
We had a double room suite, the beds were king size, very comfortable with really nice linens. There were four large and very nice pillows per bed, and the soaps and towels were also first rate. The room was nicely designed, decorated, spacious, well appointed and clean. Staff was very professional. The location is right off an exit from Highway I15 giving easy in/out access and its so far down the strip, its not near those traffic jams. This is also good for the family, not being exposed to adult nature of Las Vegas. It was too cold to swim outside, but pool looked fabulous.
It was cold over New Years Eve (in the 30s), and the thermostat did not allow us to warm the room. It was a bit chilly in the room and we kept our sweaters on, The balcony door didn't open for me, I don't what the wife did to finally get it open. The drain in one of the Spa Tubs was pretty slow, but not blocked. The price after fees and taxes was $446, much higher than I would normally spend, but I booked only 5 weeks ahead (New Years Eve) and choices were limited. Overall it was very nice, and I would go back.
Only one device wifi connection
Rooms were great. Grounds were beautiful.
Pool heaters were broken so the kids couldn't go in the pool. The main reason we chose this place to stay was the pool.
We checked in for my birthday and it was fabulous! They gave my sister and I free chocolate and the adult lounge was great. The room was amazing. It didn't feel like a hotel.
The only thing I didn't like was the Diamond Resort lady that did our time share presentation. They need to teachange their employees how to talk to people. We were all set to sign up but then she opened her mouth.
No shuttle service to the strip, had too walk several long blocks to catch the bus into the strip. Your competitors next door provide shuttle service as i have stayed there. Overall good place.
Good location if you do not want to be in the strip
I love the pool area and the accommodations are very nice. Have stayed here for the last three years Far enough away from the main strip but close enough to be there in 10 mins. Shopping very close by
I wanted the 4 day 3 night stay for 99.00 and was told that we can't because we live in Ontario. I don't see that in anything I have read
The fact that the furniture looked more than abused, the screen door was torn on the side by the handle and the ceiling light on the ceiling in the bedroom was out. There was poor lighting in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. Conservation of water was not used in the shower.
Very family friendly and a beautiful pool. Spacious suites with full kitchen and two bathrooms is a plus especially for a family. Good value.
10 am checkout is way too early and the high pressure sales for the time shares was annoying. Also sofa bed could be upgraded, not comfortable at all.
Everything beautiful around the facilities.
Didn't like the check in and check out time, it doesn't follow the regular standard, and vending machines are not available after closing times. Door slamming bothers too much, silencers needed at the door.
Good customer service but did not like being marketed to
