I felt itching all nite . thought it might of been just me .But I was not itching in Disney the next nite. So it was something here but did'nt see anything.

First room had heat on full blast and was unbearably hot so we had to move. Shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up at midnight. Clientele looked disheveled.

Free laundry services for a longer stay and the room was cozy the fitness center was convenient

There were no breakfast deals and no maid service and had to get extra linen from the front desk

I was in a non-smoking room but I had to endure the smoke from my neighbors rooms for the duration of my stay, needless to say they were heavy smokers.It made my stay very uncomfortable

Harold was the best! We accidentally booked for the wrong night and he took care of everything for us. It was a very seamless experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Shuttle bus service was not always reliable.

Brenda Reynolds was the Desk Clerk - polite, competent, hard working, always doing something useful . . . exellent, ecellent employee.

Jacuzzi would be a terrific resource.

Brenda at the front desk was amazing: competent, friendly and accommodating. I was pleased with how large the room was for the price and how quiet the surroundings were. I had some issues with the thermostat, so the room was a little chilly, but tolerable and there were plenty of blankets. The shuttle service was also wonderful.

I liked the location and the reception we received upon arrival. I appreciate the willingness to help with directions and the pre-printed sheets of directions around the town. I was glad we had the option of cooking in which allowed more time for rest and relaxing out of the hustle and bustle of traffic.

I did not like having to go outside to smoke. One receptionist said there were no smoking rooms available while the other said it was not true. I did not like the hotel taking the liberty of placing a hold on my card for ten days. If they want to be certain about the condition the room is left in. then someone should come up and do a walk through! In fact, I asked Romelle to do me the honor because I will dispute any charges acrrued after my check-out! This is the reason I will never stay at Candlewood again or recommend it. If this is your rule, so be it. You should make it abundantly clear in your advertisements. It is clear deception!

There wasn't much to walk to if they didn't have the shuttle service and u don't have a car your out of luck

I liked the layout and it appearance. I also met Soldier returning from afghanastan. I am retired military and I am proud to meet fellow Service men and women in my travels.

I woke up to bugs on my pillow and after inspecting the beds by removing the lining I was apalled and disgusting. I am praying I haven't contracted any bed bugs

i have stayed here before and like the user friendly room with frig microwave, etc. Allows one to eat in rather than try to find some fast food place nearby. I dont mind using up shampoos, etc until they are gone rather than replacements every day. Towels are adequate. Toilet paper should be thicker so one would use less and wouldnt convey cheapness of room.

I did like the room, clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

Not that I did not like it but it is a little dated, but will return.
