Very clean and professional staff. Affordable

Close to freeway, close to stores and pretty close to running trail

I appreciated the professional manner of the front desk person - friendly - informative - and efficient. The room we stayed in was above my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. I will look for Candlewood properties within my future travels.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On checking into our room there was a smell of cigarette smoke. As soon as I pointed it out, we were moved to an upgraded room with no fuss. We extended our stay with and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. We will be very likely to stay here again when we pass through Boise.

We liked everything about Candlewood Suites. It was clean, quiet, & friendly.

I like the customer service. Every employee had a smile.. facilities were clean.beds were comfortable clean showers simply amazing.

There were a lot of great amenities such as free laundry and the dvd/game library. We did not use as we were driving through and just were sleeping there but in future I would live to use

I booked online after looking at several Hotels I thought that I booked two beds. When I arrived and received the room there was one bed. I spoke with the front desk and was upgraded without a problem!!!!! The room was clean, everytime we passed the staff they made eye contact and spoke. Everyone was very very nice. Parking was easy, truly accross from the Mall. We will for sure be staying here again.

The fact that the Hotel did not have a pool.

Very nice! We came in late the first night and we were greeted by Mercedes who went the extra mile and wheeled (there was a chair waiting for me) me to the room....she didn't have to do that. Also, Arial was so nice when we left and came back. It's employees like that who make Candlewood Boise one of the best to stay at!

Close proximity to the Boise airport is a definite plus. The breakfast is more than adequate, and healthy, to boot. The business center was much Ppreciated.

Very comfortable, spacious room. It was good to be able to prepare our own food as we had been travelling for some time. Having access to the complimentary laundry was a bonus. Supermarket close by.

They only clean room every 7 days. Geared toward long-term stay. Did not realize that when booking room.

Pet friendly, size of suite,breakfast, location ideal as we were driving back to Wa. From az. Travelled 550 miles that day, and price was very reasonable. Will stay again next year if we travel same route

The kitchenette was awesome, and we used it both nights there. the location was perfect for what we were doing

I always find consistency at the Candlewood Suites that I stay in. Always clean, staff always more than courteous and generally almost always close to where I need to be. The rooms are comfortable but not pretentious. Thanks!

I liked the hotel it was nice. The people working there are great made me feel comfortable. My reservation was messed up I needed a double and they had me for a single. The free breakfast could use some work.
