A/C is making too much noise. you have to turn it off to sleep.
The kitchen with real plates, silver, pots and pans and a full size refrigerator.
Location very hard to find. Had to call for directions. We did not like having empty out own trash daily, quality of towels. But shower was very good for handicap accessible. Also construction noises next door. Some staff were very helpful some not. The noise really bothered my husband but emptying the trash I thought was trying too much to save money on the hotel's part. Free coffee & tea 24/7 in the lobby was good.
Very hard to find. Seems to double as a nursing home: had a very shabby chair in room which could not be removed and which even blocked the bed.
Large desk area Nice size room Shelves in bathroom helpful Having a kitchen
Staff not very friendly or helpful Very slow elevator Ice machine in room too slow
Not being bothered by housekeeping every day Comfortable rooms with good facilities Free laundry facilities Good wifi
Noisy fridge and air conditioning
Very convenient to Lexington
Elevator not centrally located - makes for a long haul for many rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor.
Close to lahey hospital restuarants and shopping
Shuttle stopped a little early for me
Nice facility, near shopping.
The address says Middlesex Turnpike, but there is no entrance and no signage on Middlesex Turnpike. So a lot of driving around to find the entrance. Luckily, the hotel is on a hill so I could at least see where I was trying to get to.
Came here with my son to help move him in to his new school at Bentley University from Southern California....excellent location close to Boston, Waltham able to go sight seeing and for the money....awsome....has kitchen with counter stove so u can cook n not spend on eating out but if you want to lots of excellent places near by theres a mall, amc movie theater n grocery store all within 2 miles and close to highway...i'll be staying here whenever i come out to visit my son.
Only thing i didn't like was having to leave my son :'( The place itself was gr8....
- Cost - It was less than 30 minutes to Cambridge so travel time wasn't an issue
I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room had a slight smoke odor
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
value of money,above standard facilities.
being honest,a little far from Boston.
Great staff, shuttle service was very helpful, nice rooms, and free laundry
Lack of fitness center
Nice big room
Large room. Friendly staff. Close to a few restaurants and the Burlington Mall.
Rooms are not soundproof.
Everything but smoke smell in corridor
Smoke smell in corridor
Location. Right off the highway.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the suite I booked is not available. I was given two rooms instead but I needed one suite. Me and my young daughter had to sleep in one room. The floor carpets was wet, the water closet was clogged.
Very convenient location.
There used to be a real (but small) coffee maker in each room. It's been replaced by a ridiculously small uselss one. Now, for a price, you can rent one! What's the point of having a kitchen if you can't even make yourself and your husband a coffee in the morning? The reason you use this kind of a hotel is to be independant and cook for yourself. And when guests come? Sorry...I have to go rent a coffee machine? For me, this was a shameless way of getting more money out of us and after having stayed there whenever we come to the Boston area, for a few years in a row, I didn't appreicate it.
Did not hold non-smoking room, had to take smoking room.
The room was clean, decent commute to boston, worth the money.
I only stayed one night .. But for those who stay multiple nights, the housekeeping is weekly unless you request otherwise (not sure if there's a fee) .. Something I would look into!
No breafast and cleaning once a week
The convenience of the location to all areas that I was traveling to
That we didn't stay long enough
Spacious suite with kitchen
