Candlewood Suites Chicago - O'Hare    

The price was excellent for a quality place to stay.

The carpet was somewhat stained near the air conditioner, but it not a deal breaker for me. We loved the hotel and look forward to spending more nights there.

It was comfortable and clean.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. The website indicated that there was a continental breakfast.

Near to the airport, clean rooms, competitive price

There had been a charge to my card prior to arrival. I said that the card should only be holding the room and not prepayment. They insisted that Booking had charged my card and paid them, that was the normal proceedure, and would not hear otherwise.

I didnt realize it was a "studio" style room. When I walked in I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was perfect. After driving across the country for 4-5 days with illinios being my destination, I have to say that this place was the best place I stayed in by far. The little kitchenette was stocked with everything you could ask for; dishes, popcorn in the microwave, a pot, cups, a full sized fridge.. Everything. Nice sized desk for sitting and working. Nice tv and a video lending library so I could chill and watch a dvd at night. The front desk staff (a young man) although young, was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. For about $100 being close to the highway and the airport, the value for the money was nice. I was very happy in this place.

Internet speed was slow. It needs an upgrade.

Excellent location in relation to flying in/out of chicago O´hare. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Spacious room with well equipped kitchen which was fullfilling our needs during the 3 days we stayed.

Lack of meals service ... restaurant.

It is close to the O'Hare International Airport. Since I had a flight scheduled next day on 6.45 am it was very convenient to stay there. The room was really very nice. I appreciate the 24 hour free shuttle bus which arrives to hotel within 10 min after request.

A great price. The rooms are 5 star quality,the shuttle service they is while it's not always the fastest but that's not the fault of the hotel since a shuttle service does it for them. All in all worth every penny you spend.

Room was very spacious, clean and inviting.

Family was north of Chicago along Lake Shore. With traffic the drive could take 45 - 60 minutes each way.

New, well maintained. Friendly staff. Shuttle to and from airport which was approximately 3 miles away. Also shuttle to a local restruant (theirs) made the location convenient for someone without a car and no need to get a taxi out for dinner.

I can't think of anything that the hotel lacked for the price. Found it to be very comfortable and affordable.

Mooie, grote kamer met veel faciliteiten. Dicht bij het vliegveld.

乗り継ぎ時に利用。到着してから電話で呼んで10分後に迎えに来てくれた。チェックインが早い。

店内にミニコンビニがあるとはいえ、レストランがあれば良いなと思った。ただ近隣の提携レストランへの送迎- はある見たいです。

wiir wollten ein hotel nahe am flughafen, da wir sehr frueh weiterreisten und keine lange anfahrt zu flughafen haben wollten. Also super fuer kurzen stop und anschlussfluege. sehr sauber,sehr grosses zimmer.kleines doppelbett.das hotel ist eingerichtet fuer geschaeftsreisende, die sich selbstvesorgen wollen. das zimmer ist mehr eine kleinwohnung mit kueche. alles ganz neu.

fuer laengere aufenthalte bett fuer 2 zu klein. hotel befindet sich fast auf flughafengelaende.

We found hair on the floor of our bathroom and informed the desk manager about it. He promised to send someone up to clean it but when we returned in the evening nothing had been done.

Esta ubicado muy cerca al aeropuerto, ideal si es para pasar una noche antes de un vuelo, tiene 2 sitios cercanos para comer, también tiene una pequeña cocina dentro del cuarto, pero no vimos ningún supermercado cerca para comprar los insumos... Hay café y pop corn de cortesía.

Si hubiera ido con el fin de conocer la ciudad, habría sido poco practica la ubicación, pues si esta bastante alejado del centro.

i can't say enough about my positive experience at candlewood suites--it was the perfect stay, and i wish could have been longer just so i could enjoy the room. the staff was friendly and accommodating. my room and the hotel in general was exceptionally bright, fresh, clean and comfortable. the furnishings were contemporary and in great condition, laid out aesthetically and functionally. the flat screen tv was positioned so that it didn't take up space, but was viewable from anywhere in the room (even the bathroom!) bed was very comfortable, sheets crisp, towels thick, bathroom clean, shower with strong pressure. the kitchen was complete with stainless steel pots and pans, dishes/silverware tupperware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & stove, stocked with dish detergent and paper towels. the room was relatively sound-proof, even with a baby across from my room, which i could hear in the hallway, but not in my room. the only thing i heard were guests' doors closing, which was a little disruptive since they close heavily, and i had late mornings, but is a small complaint. there is free coffee downstairs, and a little snack shop left open 24 hrs where you could get frozen prepared foods, soup, as well as all the usual snacks. the food very affordable (can of soda was .50) and payment based on the honor system where you filled out a slip of paper with items you took, which would be billed to your room (or you could pay directly at the front desk). i asked for a late checkout and they let me stay until 2pm. i liked that they don't clean everyday, since i don't need it, and even on my last day, they were informed of my late checkout, so didn't disturb me in the morning. to sum it up, i felt like this hotel's first priority was the comfort and ease of their clients, very open and welcoming, friendly. i would definitely stay here again.

If you have a car, location is not an issue. If you are going to use public transport, you can use the airport shuttle and take the blue line train from the airport. Otherwise, the accommodation is very good and very spacious. Full kitchen is convenient for those who are staying longer.

Personnels très gentils, service navette hôtel/aéroport disponible gratuitement 24 heure. Studio propre, spacieux et neuf. Tout fonctionnait comme il faut.

Bruit bizarre de temps en temps la nuit. La frigo était un peu bruyante aussi.

Fremragende personale - meget hjælpsomme og flinke De hjalp med at bestille NFL billetter, og da vi ikke fik dem, hjalp de. Desuden var de meget hjælpsomme med at bestille mad mm.

Der var ikke på noget tidspunkt rengøring på vores værelse - håndklæder kunne vi dog hente i receptionen.
