Rooms located close to airport was just what we were looking for

Friendly and efficient staff. Both airport pickup and cruise terminal shuttles worked like a charm. Good breakfast for the price.

Waited a long time for transportation to cruise ship. Also reserved a non-smoking room and none was available upon our arrival.

We had to wait 2.5hrs for a baby crib for the room which we asked for when we got there. I had to phone reception 5 times to find out where it was and eventually someone told me that they had to try and fetch it from their other property.

We had difficulty reaching our destination due to weather issues in the ne. We tried to cancel our reservation because we were did not think we would make it Ft. Lauderdale. When we called, we were told that despite our situation-flight cancellations etc. we were still responsible for the full price of our room and that we were unable to cancel or even change our reservation. We wound up arriving at 4 in the morning in a different city and still had to drive to Ft. L to make our reservation. Additionally, despite the fact that we did not check on until 4:30 am, a maid was knocking on our hotel room door at 9 am-even though check out wasn't until noon.

Cost for value-overcharged due to cruise ships in town. No meal as served on other days,no port trans- port as originally offered, no free anything, just money grubbers!!!!

Had to wait behind a large group to check-in after 9PM. The desk guy was very efficient and did his best, but didn't know that there were others not with the group waiting to check in. Once he knew he did try to squeeze us in.

Convenient to airport, had free shuttle service, free washer/dryer, full kitchen. The staff was especially helpful and friendly.

Stayed there as a resting place on the way to Europe from Hawaii and again on the way back to Hawaii. Although I appreciated the free shuttle service, both times were long waits requiring a second call to the hotel. The last time we waited an hour and 15 minutes after an exhausting 9 hr plane ride. Although the room was overall very clean, the carpet really could have used a shampoo. My feet were black after walking on it for a short while. With a stay of 5 days, not having the room refreshed by staff was a negative. Had to bring my own towels down to the lobby to replace...yuck!

Indretningen af værelset var tip, top, men diverse maskiner såsom fryser og aircon var noget støjende. Alt i alt et anbefalingsværdigt hotel også i forhold til lufthavn og havn.

La fonctionnalité et la propreté de la chambre. Navette gratuite entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport. Service de navette (même si $$) entre l'hôtel et le port (départ de croisière).

The staff should be more informed about travel arrangements to Port Everglades. Very confusing. More importantly, we didn't find out until afterwards that a continental breakfast plus other amenities was available at the inn just next door. Once again lack of information of the staff as to help guests. Thank you.
